We started with the queso and chips, which we thought would come out first. The queso could use some kick as it was very mild. The chips were excellent: light, crispy, and not at all greasy. The wife had a buffalo chicken flatbread and really liked it, she at it all. I had a chicken Philly and really enjoyed it. The chicken was thinly sliced and very tender. There were lots of different peppers and melted queso, so it was a very tasty, gooey, messy sandwich that I thoroughly enjoyed. The fries were crispy and excellent, very addictive. Our server, Addy, was pleasant and efficient. Prices are reasonable. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the kitchen sent the "starter" (queso and chips) out at the same time as the entrees, so we were faced with the dilemma which food to let get cold. It should not be that way. My understanding of "starter" is that it comes out before the main courses. Anyway, that was the only blip. I spoke with the manager before leaving, and his explanation was that it was a "weird day" because their system was acting up. I can understand technical issues causing certain delays, but that doesn't explain being left sitting without acknowledgment, a soda taking six minutes, cold food, or having to wait ten minutes for a check. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and urgency made this a very frustrating dining experience.
