What a beautiful facility! This is much needed competition for the Signature outfit. They have a history of abusing their markets when they are the only option. They have great amenities. You walk in to this ultra modern lobby with really cool decor. They have a kitchen with snacks, ice cream, drinks, and a popcorn machine. The bathrooms are amazing. They have a lounge upstairs and a conference room. They even lent us a car while we were in town. A while back, I was stranded in Cincy waiting for some thunderstorms to pass through. At KLUK, Waypoint Aviation is changing the game from Signature's high fuel prices adding some much needed competition to the airport. Their self serve prices are super reasonable and when I was there, the self serve pump was broken, so they were able to fuel me up and honored the SS price which was much appreciated. The facilities are beautiful too. There is a pilot lounge upstairs with comfortable chairs, a TV and a nice place to rest. Downstairs is chic and modern looking with free ice cream (!) and an awesome Starbucks machine that will make all sorts of drinks. Everyone at the facility is kind and professional as well. If you're flying into Cincy -- definitely look into the newer facility before defaulting to what you may know! read more
