After reading their excellent reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor, I emailed Jeff at Wayne's Locksmith Service to get pricing for a new key fob for my son's car. His price was a little more than what I could get it for through Thompson's Toyota online parts department so I ordered it from them. What a mistake that was! I arrived at Wayne's to have it programmed and it turns out that the reason the key fob from Thompson's was cheaper was that it didn't include the actual key that fits into the key fob. I called Thompson's parts department and was quoted $50 for the key and an additional $30 for the key code. While I was at Wayne's, Jeff told me that he doesn't mark up key fobs, so he doesn't make any money on them. His prices for parts and services are better than any I found while searching online. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I was provided. They had my new key fob programmed in a matter of minutes. It's no wonder Wayne's Locksmith Service has such a loyal following. I highly recommend them! And the icing on the cake was realizing that my AAA Premier Service would reimburse me $150 for that new key fob. read more

I live in wildfire country and have valuables, so it was time to take the plunge and buy a fire rated safe. After watching a video online of an American Security Safe, I knew what I wanted. I walked into Wayne's Lock Smith and told them I wanted the one in the King Fire Video. Boom, it was right there next to the front door. I bought it and had it scheduled for delivery that Friday. I got too busy and requested to reschedule the safe delivery, which they happily obliged. When the rescheduled delivery date arrived they were punctual and courteous. Bada-Bing Bada-boom it was installed where I wanted and bolted down. It's obvious Kendall and Tony have done this many times. They worked together well as a team to get it unloaded and installed quite quickly. GREAT customer service! Had a problem with my 1995 Volvo 940 glove box. Locked some items in the glove box, later I "unlocked it" and it wouldn't open! Evidently the plastic latch release had broken. Auto repair, and car dealer shops said they would probably have to break the latch to get inside which would probably be a ruined glove box door. Wayne's was recommended to try and Tony was able to release the latch without breaking the door. He was patient and worked on it for about 15+ minutes. I accidentally locked myself out of my office this morning, and seeing as it was hours until I could argue I was at lunch I needed help fast. Todd at Wayne's Locksmith was friendly and honest with me, indicating he could try to get a tech out in two hours and offering a referral to another local locksmith in case they could help out sooner. Turns out two hours was my best bet, and after sending proof of my rental agreement (for which he acknowledged receipt within minutes) I took a brief jaunt about town to kill time.
