Eli was professional and extremely knowledgeable, gave us an abundance of excellent advice, worked with us to purchase hardware that satisfied our requirements, and even advised us when something we thought we wanted was an unnecessary expenditure. A couple of months later we called Eli again because we were having a problem with our front door (which we thought was unrelated to the lock), and hoped that even if he didn't work on doors himself he could recommend someone reputable. He came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue with a minor adjustment in only a few minutes, and refused to accept any payment for it. If he hadn't already earned a 5-star rating, that certainly did it!
