I called about getting the locks on my trailer cut off. I have the title in hand, but had to get a next day replacement for my registration. The tracking number indicated that it would arrive today around 2 or 3pm. When I called this company to give an update and schedule an appointment later in the day, the man on the other end laughed and told me that there's no way I could know when the mail is coming. I am a veteran and understand very well about following protocol, but this company has terrible customer service and I will never seek them out again for any of my locksmith needs. read more

Very friendly even at 5:55 AM. I locked myself out of a room in my house. I looked for the key for 4-5 hours, then gave up. The lock lever on our Andersen in-swing patio door kept rotating without locking. Most of the locksmiths said hey don't work on those doors because of the complicated three-point latch. The symptoms pointed to a broken lock actuator. Called Andersen warranty service and got a quote of $55 for the part which would have taken 7 days. They referred to an installer about 10 miles away but they wouldn't even be able to return the call for 1-2 days. Rich fixed it promptly and perfectly, showed me how the part itself was not broken but had just come loose. Came in 3 hours of first call! He also adjusted the door level for better performance.
