I had my first brazlian wax with Crystal and I had the normal "nerves" and almost got the "cold feet" and called the whole thing off! Also because I couldn't find her suite. I'm so glad I didn't and kept my appointment. Lol when you walk in, she's in a special area under "spa area" or something to that effect, in the center. Walk in and you will see suite 21 straight ahead, it will help you from wondering around in circles around like me! Lol. She is SUPER sweet and down to earth! I've been to a few different waxing places , but by far WAX OFF has been my best experience. The owner and esthetician Crystal truly knows what she is doing. Ever time I have gotten waxed at other places in the passed I always get nervous, but at WAX OFF she knows how to make you feel comfortable. Her shop is beautiful and super clean.
