Absolutely terrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Scheduled appt a week out. Day before she reschedules me (from 10:30 to 2pm) because she has to be home for a delivery (window until 1pm). Today, I get a text she's going to be late. 2:15. I arrive at 2:10 - she's in with another client. For real. She gives me the wrong paperwork, so I have to fill it out twice. She then tells me to lay on the table with my hoo-ha facing the door. Her suite is right near the front door - so that's super comfortable. She begins (sugaring) makes small talk and asks if everything is all right. I told her that I was a little irritated. I explained how it looked to me to be pushed for another client. Not a good first impression. She stopped working. Made about 37 excuses, talked in circles, all the while I'm laying there spread in butterfly position. Sooooo unprofessional. Eventually after asking her 4 times to keep going, she wouldn't. She said she was uncomfortable. (really!?) She said she was "allowed to refuse service" so guess what..... Horrible! I can not vouch for Hannah's facials... but I just came here for a sugaring wax. Oh my God! This was the absolute worst sugaring I have ever received. She starts off by going really, really fast. Most sugaring expert's, they go fast they wait for a second for the customer to breathe or to say something, but she did not do that. I was crying in pain the entire time... to which she told me "please don't curse in my office." Excuse me? You are hurting me really bad and I'm in pain and those are the words that I'm going to use... I asked her how long she had been doing sugaring and she said 3 to 4 years. She obviously has not been doing this long at all. I was so disappointed by the service I received today. I would never recommend her for sugaring, she had no sympathy that I was in so much pain. The only reason I tried this place out is because of a Groupon, and I will get Groupon's for sugaring in other places. I have never received such a horrible sugaring wax before. When the person who is sugaring you has no regard for the fact that you're in pain. You know something is wrong with that type of service. She absolutely did not care that I was in pain at all. An example of a good sugaring wax, is that the person doing the wax is paying attention to you and how much you are hurting. They usually say "are you okay?" Or "is this okay?".... and the really good people that do sugaring know that it's important to hold a conversation with their client so that they are distracted. This woman basically told me to shut up when she was causing me the worst pain I've experienced getting a Brazilian sugaring ever... I've been getting sugared/waxed for over 2 years, and I've NEVER been in this much pain from a sugar/wax... She claims to have "years" of sugaring/waxing experience... LIES!!!! She's getting 5 stars only b/c the wax she uses DOES NOT HURT AT ALL... I've been getting Brazilian waxes for over 10 years now and I am shocked by how minimal pain I was in. I didn't do sugaring, in fact I hate sugaring, she had to do a little bit to get the complicated area, and that ish hurts like hell... but her regular purple wax does not hurt at all... BEWARE! WORST sugaring experience I've EVER had. I've been to over 10 different sugaring studios and have gotten sugared over 20 times by different people. Never have I ever experienced SO MUCH PAIN during a sugaring session before! If you've never gotten sugared before and it's your first time, DO NOT COME HERE! If you're a veteran and you don't know what pain is and would like to just be in and out in 6 minutes, then this might be the place for you but beware! I don't think she keeps a physical schedule of her appointments because she seemed confused about appointment times. I came about 10 minutes early to my appointment and noticed the studio was dark and empty. I texted her saying that I'm waiting outside. She called me back and said she was confused and that she'll drive right back. When she came, she told me how she was also confused about another client before me. Already sounds super unprofessional. She asked me if I got her text and I showed her how I responded to her text. She showed me her phone and said, "Oh, I got your text but I was with a client so I didn't see it so I thought I didn't have anymore client for the day." OMG, are you serious?...She didn't bother checking her messages or upcoming appointments before leaving... She used a Lysol wipes container as a "trash bin" for dirty wipes. It's great that she's trying to recycle and all but that's gross. You have to use your hands to open the dispenser to throw away your dirty wipes after touching down there. Her sugar is not even warm. She does everything very quickly and doesn't bother asking if you're okay or if the sugar is warm enough or if you need some time to breathe. I was clearly showing pain but she didn't bother to acknowledge. She went over the same areas MULTIPLE times. It was so painful I thought she was ripping my skin off! I was scared to see what it looked like down there. I thought I was bleeding (I wasn't but it was so painful it seemed like it would be bleeding.) She also had me hold my skin as she sugared. I've never had anyone ask me to do that before. She also had me lay on my side and bring my leg up and hold my skin at the same time. After she was done, she just handed me a hot towel to wipe the sugar off (all the other places I've been to will do this for you and make sure you're not sticky after) she also squirted some lotion on my hands for me to apply down there myself. When I came home, I noticed there was still a bunch of small hairs everywhere. All the other places I've been to are very thorough and make sure to pluck any hairs that are still left behind. Now I have to do more work even though I paid her to do it for me. I saw another bad review by Eden S. on here but I didn't think anything of it. She pretty much had the same experience as I did. Hannah needs to go to a real sugaring studio and see for herself what it's like to get it professionally done and maybe learn from other people. I don't know if she treats other clients better or if some people just don't know what quality sugaring is but I don't understand how she gets 5 stars on her sugaring technique! I am a full time student so I can't really make appointments ahead of time but when I contact Hannah she always gets back to me and even goes out of her way to stay late. I visited Hannah for my first HydraFacial last month. She used a specialized machine that pulled out impurities and smoothed out the texture of the skin. Followed by this a red light, and blue light are used to help with any acne or fine lines. After a facial treatment, my face feels like as supple as a baby's and as delicate as rose petals. !
