Crystal was AMAZING. Years past I have gone to The Pretty Kitty, they would leave wax residue and it would hurt so much. Coming to Crystal is the best decision I have EVER made. She made me feel comfortable and also educated me about the type of wax she was using, and after care. She didn't upsale me on anything she truly gave me feedback on problematic areas that I had questions about. I was a bit nervous at first; because well waxing isn't as if you were getting a massage, but I didn't feel half the pain I felt at other places, in fact I didn't feel anything. She was thorough and completely professional. She definitely my WAXER from now on. read more

Crystal! She's such a lovely person! I haven't been getting waxed for long but she was one of my first wax specialist. I remember the first time I got my wax done with her she was super nice and made conversation with me. Made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I mean getting a wax is kind of scary especially on your lady parts but she made me feel very relaxed. She likes to get to know her clients and is just so great when it comes to keeping them around! I got to know about Wax Off while she was working at another place and when my credits ran out there, I definitely had to go back to Crystal! Will always be going back to her! The interior is super cute and totally shows her personality. It's a cute little studio and you can definitely tell she enjoys her work. read more

Hands down, best waxing experience I've had. So great it's definitely worth raving about. From how accommodating & accessible she is, down to her experience, skills & easy to talk to personality. Every review is on point & still doesn't do Crystal justice. I had my under arms & a Brazilian done about 2 weeks ago (3/26). I don't know if it's her technique, the wax she uses or all of the above because she had me at how painless (at least for me & I have a low pain threshold), quick, comfortable, & most importantly how clean she left me. Before Crystal, I would normally go in every 10 days to 2 weeks for my underarms but I'm going on to the 3rd week & barely seeing the need (& this is just my under arms). Brazilian I was left with no redness, no bumps, no burns from hot wax, there was no need for tweezing (little hard to get hairs) & have had no ingrown hairs. Nothing like I've had a couple times in the past. I really liked my regular spot that I had been going to for 4-5 years, big factor being cost but after my experience with Crystal, I'm sold. & she's local (to me)? Hope she's okay with me being a regular! read more

This was my first time at wax off, I had an appointment with Alisa and she was amazing! I've been threading my eyebrows for years and I've noticed they kept getting thinner and thinner so I wanted to try something different. She took her time with me, she listened to what I wanted and she delivered! She had a conversation with me made me fill comfortable and talked about every step she was doing before doing it. It's safe to say I've found my new eyebrow lady and a new home. I'm definitely going to face my waxing fears and wax more parts of my body not just my eyebrows and lip. I like that you are in your own room just you and the waxer. I feel like it makes it way more personal. I also loved the decor when I first walked in. Goodbye threading, hello waxing! read more

Absolutely LOVED this place! It was my first time waxing my eyebrows and I loved the result! I was going to my threading place for a little over 6 years and although I love my eyebrow lady and she's great, I noticed my eyebrows kept getting thinner and thinner and losing the thickness. I had heard from a few friends that waxing keeps the fullness of your eyebrows so i decided to check around and take a leap of faith and try waxing. I am so glad I found this place on yelp and based on the reviews o decided to give a try and now wax off is for sure my go to place now! Not painful and feels great! She takes her time and is really gentle! The shop is super dope too gives me like a tattoo shop vibe which I love!!!! read more

Hands down the fastest, most efficient & best final product I've found in Orange County. Being a guy & getting waxed is uncomfortable enough to admit for some of us but no one wants unwanted hair, it might be your back at summer, our ears, nose, eye brows, arms you name it. For me it's all & then some, lol but being honest the atmosphere of the shop, cleanliness, overall style n vibe & then Crystals personality / professionalism makes for a enjoyable appt. no matter what improvement you get done, you won't regret it. So don't knock it til you try & shoot who doesn't need a lil extra curb appeal at times!! Thanks for making me always look my best!!! read more

I love this place! Crystal is definitely a master at what she does! She is super chill, and doesn't make u feel u comfortable while getting waxed. The inside if this place looks awesome too! There's a tv while u wait or u can just gaze at all the cool art on the walls! I've been here a few times already and every time I'm very pleased with the service! Thank you Crystal! read more

I highly recommend coming to get all your waxing needs from the queen herself (crystal is the owner), you will not be disappointed. read more

Crystal has the cutest decor!! She did such a great job, had a really good attitude, & gave useful after wax maintenance advice. I'm gonna give you 2 stars even though you deserve 5 bc Yelp algorithm doesn't wanna see you win lol but you get 5 in my book!! Thanks again read more

Excellent on all levels: quick to respond with a text, quick as easy to book my appt, fast, friendly, well-informed, clean service. I'm definitely coming back. Heads up: Wax Off is in a suite inside the Sola Salon, and the door is #21, which is to the right, against the left wall and is the first door. After you open the first door, you will see her sign with "21 Wax Off" in front of it. Have fun!! read more

I love this spot, I have been coming to Crystal for 2 + years and I always have a great experience. Crystal has a very clean shop and always makes you feel comfortable. This has been long over due, about several months overdue. So sorry Crystal that this took me forever to do, but where to start. I am just going to start off with that Crystal is such an amazing person. She makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I was terrified to come in and get waxed, because of course it's going to hurt. I don't know if it's just me, but when Crystal waxes me it is not that painful or not painful at all. She is awesome and is an expert at what she does. There is no one else I would go to. Crystal is my go to person and will always be for as long as I live. Lol. read more

I honestly don't even know where to start! Crystal was amazing! She made my experience so comfortable and was so thorough in explaining everything she was doing and making sure you all your questions are answered. She is so bubbly and outgoing and that really helped me feel at ease a whole lot more! I have def found my home for waxing! Thank you! read more

Fast, friendly, great customer service. Had a good feeling my first Brazilian Wax would be done right after the first phone call with Crystal. I told her exactly what I was looking for, and she told me everything I needed to know. A Brazilian wax is having ALL of your hair completely waxed off of your private area and butt strip. Talk about being nervous with having you hoohaa out in the open right?! But no Crystal told me she has been doing this a long time, which means she's seen a ton of women, and she makes you feel at ease in what I thought would be super uncomfortable. Cute office, funny enough it almost has a tattoo parlor vibe, pretty cool! complimentary candy and drinks, Clean environment. She's also very knowledgable on proper care. Coming back in a couple of weeks. :) read more

If you're looking to get a Brazilian wax, PLEASE GET IT DONE HERE. Crystal was really nice and made me feel comfortable. She's pretty quick with her process and I was very impressed. She offers complimentary drinks and other cool stuff! My wax is so clean! Crystal is a real professional and is very clean and organized with her work. Also, if you have a buddy that gets a Brazilian wax somewhere else, I recommend her buddy system. Just give her a call for details. This is the best wax place I've ever been too. read more

If I could give Crystal more stars I would. She's freaking amazing super quick so fun and friendly. She fit me in her schedule right away and made the whole process go by so fast I hardly felt anything. Loved her decor and her personality. Definitely come here if you're looking to get waxed she's hands down the best waxer I've had. Btw, So stoked about her buddy system I've already hit up some of my friends to come in and get waxed. ***UPDATE*** I've been getting waxed by Crystal since April, I absolutely love her. She's always fun and easy going. I come in once a month with my best friend and we have the most ridiculous conversations in front of her it's the best. If you're looking for a good wax, look no further Crystal's the best aesthetician I've ever been to. BONUS! she has a mini bar and treats, i mean come on guys it doesn't get better then that!! read more

Chrystal did a great job! She is a lovely person and made me feel very comfortable. It was my first Brazilian Waxing and she just did great! I expected really bad paint but it wasn't! I will definitely go again to crystals place for that! Thanks for that! read more

Crystal is amazing and knows her stuff after 15 years of experience! I've had a Brazilian done at another place that did sugaring and it was the most painful experience I've ever had. Crystal does hard wax and it was much much less painful! She walked me through it and even tells when to breath in and out to help. I had the Brazilian and under arms done and I will definitely be coming back. Her shop is super clean and she sanitizes everything after each client. She is so kind and friendly and made me feel totally comfortable. read more

This review is long overdue. Crystal is amazing! I had never gotten a bikini or Brazilian wax before. She made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. I've now been coming to Wax Off for 2 years now, and I highly recommend it! read more

I found Crystal at Wax Off through Yelp.com. I searched Yelp.com for a place where I could get my eyebrows waxed by someone who would be talented at waxing eyebrows. It was my first time there and Crystal was very warm and kind. You can tell she cares about you and the results she gives you. She asked me how I would like my eyebrows waxed and spent her time waxing and tweezing them. All the while, she had a great, caring and positive attitude. When she finished waxing my eyebrows, she made sure I loved how they looked. She even spent a little more time making sure there were no stray hairs left. Finally, the prices at Wax Off are less expensive than other eyebrow waxing studios. I had a very positive experience with Crystal at Wax Off and I highly recommend her for your waxing needs! read more

Crystal is super friendly and professional. When I first came here to waxing, I was very scared, embarrassed and humiliated, and I met Crystal and not from the second time. She is quick and clean, kind and She made me feel comfortable. And when you go to Instagram(@_waxoff) you get a good promotion. read more

The wax service I got was the easiest and smoothest experience I have ever had. I normally go to one of those threading places that do waxes and they just wax you to get all your hairs and be done. Crystal took her time and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her nerve endings/sensitive areas because I felt no pain, especially being 8 months pregnant. I will be back for sure! read more
