If my appointment couldn't be accommodated, I would have appreciated being told that upfront instead of waiting around for an answer that was apparently already decided. In the end, I wasted an hour of my time, left with no service, and ended up having to shave. Abigail is very sweet and soft spoken. The entire facial was relaxing , even while getting extractions done. She massaged my shoulders, arms , hands & scalp. AMAZING. Plus the actual facial itself was fantastic for me and my skin. I went to my previous esthetician for 5 years. She has semi retired. I was in a panic. No more worries, I found Abigail.
