The website just offers names, no actual description of the techniques/products used during the service. The woman who answered the phone was nice enough but couldn't answer my question smh. I waited several minutes for someone named Deja to come on the line and asked her to tell me a more detailed description of the facials they offered so that I could choose one. She said they cleanse your face and put 2 masks so what specific question did I have. Ummm I just asked you the specific question! I then asked her again for a simple description of each facial, it's only 3! She said the vital c is for hydrating, the acne is for acne, and the anti aging is for old people with saggy skin. WOW. I just hung up and booked somewhere else. Hopefully this business uses this opportunity to update their website as well as educate their employees (especially the person answering the phone!) on the types of services they provide. The man that did my pedicure did a horrible job filing my toe that made It look slanted and I told him to fix It and It was still crooked. Also the design he did was so low effort (supposed to be simple flower) but all he did was 6 dots on my toe and called It a day. I was greeted promptly and guided to the mid section where my nail tech took me almost 30 min before my appointment time. I was early and she was ready. Kim did an amazing job and we had a lovely conversation. She is very down to earth, accommodating, and kind. There's only one chair so you aren't sitting in a row of strangers with their feet soaking. Preferable. The chair is very comfortable and has a massage panel. She cleaned up my eyebrows as well, asking questions about how I'd like them etc. overall a very positive experience in nails. Did not get my hair done. I was attending my best friend's funeral the following day, so she told me not to do anything drastic while I was feeling so emotional. She cut off the ragged ends and did a fabulous job on my bangs. I went in thinking I would be cutting off all of my hair but I am so grateful she recognized that would not have been the best idea for me. The salon is clean, the staff are nice and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend!!!
