I do a lot of traveling by car so I stop by a lot of convenience store gasoline stations to fill up. My favorites of late are Sheets and Wawa. I've found them to be cleaner, more orderly in having better displays, cleaner restroom facilities and more polite staff members than the others, particularly those of 7-Eleven which seems to be on a horrid downward slide. Of the Wawa's (which name incidentally comes from its founding in Wawa, Pennsylvania) this particular one is even better than most others. It has a has a perfect corner locating on Federal and Sample with decent parking, outdoor patio dining and best of all a huge walk-in beer cooler with huge assortment of beers from local craft to imports. It's also clean, has a polite professional staff and some of their food bites like their sourdough cheesesteak are pretty go and made fresh for you.

WaWas always has it just right! Of course they would there from New Jersey! LOL always clean always friendly everything you get there is just made and delicious I had a pumpkin spice latte very yummy. Their gas is very reasonably priced and so are their cigarettes and their food always clean everybody wearing masks and gloves in and out always quickly!

If you need hot food at 1am, you probably wont do better. go panini or burgers are straight. the ordering process is automated and the cooks probably wont acknowledge you. better than macdonalds.

God bless whoever decided to put a WAWA somewhat near me. Any drive is worth a drive to Wawa. But this location is really kind of great- other than the fact that it's uber busy all of the time, it's still my favorite. Of course I like it because it's clean and new. Tons of employees, even though I know most of them were flew in from other locations to help out with the opening, there are people everywhere to help you. My favorites at Wawa are: Italian hoagie Soft pretzel Iced coffee (self serve) Not to say that other things aren't good, but those are my favorites. Things not to get: self serve donuts why? Because I've seen too many people grab donuts with their bare hands and then put them back. N-A-S-T-Y. Not Wawa's fault per say, but just stay away. Gas so far has been really cheap compatible to locations near so another bonus. Wawa for life guys.

This is my favorite Wawa! I have been coming for years since it was first built. Super clean & always staffed. The chocolate chip cookies by the register were .99 then they went up to $1.09 now they $1.29. Still worth it as they are delicious cookies. During the holiday times they had mashed sweet potatoes which is freaking delicious. Runner up to Boston Market. Now I tried the dinner they offer hamburger & fries. Trash! Don't even waste your money. I really wish I had returned them for a refund. The burger was ok but the fries were horrible. Not cooked right, soggy & down right nasty. I will still to the things I know are amazing.

I am a fan of Wawa's. the stores are great. Great selection of convenient store items plus a great take out food section and menu. Also they generally have the best gas prices in the area.

Thank all the powers above there is WAWA in SoFlo!!! And its UBER close to my home!! I am from South Philly and every visit back home included a stop (ok several stops) at WaWa. Not your typical gas station. Now that locations have been popping up all over South Florida, I am a very happy girl. This location is really big! Obviously super clean since its brand new and they have all my favorite food and snacks from back home. On my first visit I stocked up! I had to get a hoagie! I really love their ordering system. You just walk up to the computer touch screen (they have 4-5) punch in your order and shop around while you wait for them to call your number. Super easy and convenient. They have tons of tasty cakes, a HUGE variety of chips. Specialty coffee, a kick ass soda machine that has CHERRY SPRITE ZERO!! YAASSSS!!! If you don't already love Wawa you will! It's the best!! So happy to have you here =)

    Wawa' donuts are beyond amazing!

And of course, the food is a 10 out of 10! My husband and I absolutely love their chicken tenders and fries. They offer several combo meals depending on how many tenders you want, and meals typically come with Texas toast, fries, and coleslaw. One thing we appreciate is how customizable the meals are, allowing you to swap sides if preferred. Their fresh-squeezed lemonade is also a huge favorite of ours, along with the famous Cane's sauce. I started with the chicken leg, which was lightly breaded, crispy on the outside, and both tender and flavorful on the inside; it was accompanied by a soft dinner roll. The plantains, fried to a golden brown, were deliciously sweet. The seasoned rice was tasty and cooked to a soft consistency. The meal was satisfactory and filling, along with the cold, refreshing beverage. I felt a bit bad about leaving the plate on the table, but I didn't see any trash bins anywhere. I asked an employee what to do with the plate, and she replied that she would take care of it. I truly look forward to returning to try the grilled chicken and the other sides next.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The environment is fun, and there are plenty of clever artifacts and photos to engage the eye. On to the food... we ordered the Southwest bowl and the lox bagel. As you can see from the pictures, the portions are sizable and the value for this area was decent. I think the total bill was around $30 for two entrées, a tea, and tip. The bowl has beans, tomatoes, avocado, potatoes, eggs, and cheese. It comes with a Mexican sauce and sour cream. We used a little of the sauce, as we found the dish a bit bland. Both eggs and black beans needed a little salt to enhance their flavors. While it was good, it was very soupy. The beans were not drained well, which I'm guessing--combined with the tomatoes--caused it. The lox bagel was beautiful but very hard to eat. The owners might want to consider dicing the tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers, as there's no way to eat this without deconstructing it. The salmon was good quality. Next time, I'd get a seasoned bagel instead of plain--it would probably be epic on an everything bagel. This place is the real deal. The tacos are cooked to order, so yes--it takes a little time. But wow, is it worth the wait. I had two tacos: asada and carnitas. Both came out hot off the grill with generous, juicy portions of perfectly seasoned meat. The flavors were rich and fresh, and the texture was spot-on. What really set them apart, though, were the homemade corn tortillas--warm, slightly chewy, and clearly made in-house with care. Just fantastic. I skipped the cilantro (not my thing), but the freshly diced onions added a nice crunchy contrast. And the salsas--oh man. They brought out two squeeze bottles, one red and one green. The green salsa was my favorite: cold, zesty, just the right amount of heat (about 5/10), and full of flavor and texture. The red salsa had a deeper kick and great flavor too--definitely not shy on the spice. A final squeeze of the lime wedge brought everything together perfectly. If you're in the area and love tacos, this spot is a must. I'm already planning my next visit.

There were no sides with my meal. * Portion & Value (0-5) 1 - the pancakes were huge however compared to my measly BLT sandwich it felt disappointing. There should be something else with the sandwich most places give me chips or fries or baked beans or some kinda side. The BLT sandwich was not very filling. My partner wasn't able to finish his pancakes. Environment / Ambiance (8 points) * Cleanliness (0-3) 3 * Décor (0-2) 1 tacky to much visual stimuli * Comfort & atmosphere (0-3) 2 Parking (5 points) * Availability (0-2) 0 on weekends 2 on Monday * Ease of access (0-2) 1 it's hard to get out of the parking lot when full. * Safety (0-1) 0 they need to repave the parking lot. There is a huge bump area I tripped over and was so close to falling. Huge liability. Not sure why it has such good reviews.
