Drinks, snacks, cigs, whatever you want they probably have it. But the reason why I went out of my way to give recognition to this business has nothing to do with what I have bought here. This is about their friendliness and interest in the community. From time to time, I go look at the C-10 canal waterway to see if there is any illegal dumping that I can help clean up. I have a big magnet and grappling hook that I've used to pull out shopping carts, a TV, random iron pieces and general litter. I look dirty and scary climbing around by the bridge. I'm a good troll. And every time I've slinked out into the open with my arms full of junk, a Convenience World employee immediately offers to let me use their dumpster. No questions asked. Today, the guy working there even came out and gave me a free bottle of cold water. Not for a second did they think to tell me to get lost. Honestly, I'm not sure I would be as gracious. So it is clear that they care. I can only assume that they probably put similar care and thought into their inventory in serving the Hollywood community.

We were the only people there but someone walked out as we were walking in. Someone was also walking in when we walked out. It seems this place is busy when the neighboring businesses are open, which is probably Monday-Friday 9-5. We were not there long so I would say the traffic seems consistent. There is a super annoying buzzer on all the cooler doors so when a door is open it is making this LOUD sound. Couldn't figure out what it was at first. The clientele seemed kind of shady and the staff didn't seem to have control of the place and were very slow/not able to keep the line moving. There was a customer filling out a huge lottery ticket holding up the line. Another customer barged in front of me in line and said they were already there which I thought was odd too and the clerk didn't back them up but I let them have their way. The place is smaller than it appears on the outside but has a lot of pumps. I stopped there because I had never been there but after that experience I won't be in a hurry to go back.
