ordered a quesadilla with crispy onions on it, crispy onions came in a small cup that can get only 1 half of sandwich.

This Wawa usually has the cheapest gas prices within a 15 mile radius. The guys that pump the gas are friendly and polite.

Meanwhile, owner (Isaac) delivers a personal touch and pride of ownership that is unparalleled. Place is spotless and staff offers phenomenal customer service with a smile. Isaac gives his patrons numerous options. There's the classics done well with high quality ingredients and the phenomenal cultural twists to burgers, chicken sandwiches and even corn dogs. I haven't had a corn dog in forever. This was some kind of tempura-ish fried coating (with a little sweetness to the batter) that I've never seen coupled with a hot dog. I can't wait to go back for the Doritos version. Burger Kraze has already done one promotion for my son's elementary that was a huge hit. The change away from using peanut oil helps broaden the options for those that couldn't enjoy before. Just shows that Isaac has a pulse on the community and that's the touch that you can only find from a local small business owner. Cheers to the success as it's well-deserved for the Rutgers alumni!

The guy gave me my tray and didn't complement me at all! Or say anything for that matter. The atmosphere is shit. What occurred during this visit confirmed exactly why I typically avoid this restaurant. While placing my breakfast order in the drive-thru, the employee taking my order informed me that I should not order two hash browns because the Hotcakes Breakfast already comes with one. I politely explained that one hash brown was for me and the other was for my daughter. There was complete silence. I then asked, "Did you get that?" Instead of receiving a professional response, another employee abruptly came on the speaker and said, "Pull around, she got that." The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. The situation became even worse when I arrived at the payment window. The employee working the window, a woman with long auburn hair who refused to provide her name when asked, took my payment and then walked away from the payment window to the pickup window without saying a single word to me. She did not tell me to pull forward. She did not acknowledge me. She simply disappeared, leaving me sitting at the payment window for approximately two minutes wondering if anyone was coming back. Eventually, I drove forward to the pickup window myself. I calmly stated that someone should have informed me to move up to the next window instead of leaving me sitting there with no communication whatsoever. Her response was shocking. She immediately slammed the window shut in my face and, before doing so, clearly stated, "Holy shit." Let me be very clear: no customer should ever be subjected to that type of treatment. Being ignored, spoken to rudely, left waiting without explanation, having a window shut in your face, and then being cursed at by an employee is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the management and culture of this location. I am genuinely concerned about what type of supervision is taking place if employees feel comfortable behaving this way toward customers. This was not a minor misunderstanding or a simple customer service mistake. This was repeated unprofessional conduct by multiple employees during a single interaction. I fully intend to file a complaint with McDonald's Corporate regarding this incident and will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I expect this matter to be investigated, including identifying the employee working the drive-thru and pickup windows at approximately 6:50 a.m. on May 25. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy. Nothing about this experience met those standards. I look forward to receiving a response regarding what corrective action will be taken.

Possibly ground up steakums in a thin gray patty with zero flavor. Greasy and gray, not a speck of char or browning. Thankfully we stopped for a lite snack because this was not appealing at all. We ordered a steak burgers salad which consisted of a handful of iceberg, a half a cherry tomato and a sliced up gray grease burger (very thin) - this looked like prison food! We also ordered a mini taco, same trend on the meat, but had 5-6 strands of shredded lettuce.... Not a good thing. An appetizer that was not great. And last, the honey hot chicken strips - the chicken was decent, the sauce was an over sweet goop of high fructose (not honey) which was not great. It was an avoid at all costs lesson for us. Icing on the cake, we were informed it is illegal in the State of NJ to offer forks or napkins? How odd, did not know this. So, you are supposed to go back up to the cashier and ask for it? Why not just provide these illegal utensils. Somehow I think the staff is misinformed because we have eaten in many places in NJ and never heard of that one. Was told BYOB at a few, but not bring your own utensils

No extra cost which is nice. Also added Tater Tots in lieu of their fries & a beverage. It was very filling overall, tots were nice & crispy as they should be. Burger itself was a bit over seasoned / perhaps too salty. I did try the burger patties to confirm it wasn't just the bacon. Perhaps it was just a few extra shakes of their seasoning (I'll have to try that burger again to confirm). I also do want to try the chicken sandy's next time & reg fries. Plus their fry sauce (forgot to ask for it). And the frozen custard. Whew so much work to do ;) Inside it was bright & clean, I do see how it may be a bit loud when it's busy though (I went midweek at 2 pm). Will add that to the review when I go at a busier time. Service was fine given it was no where near full. Note that it doesn't have a drive thru. But if you order online they have a "frequent purchase" program & if you order anything frozen they'll keep it in the freezer until pickup.
