I used the WAWA app to order a sandwich, a soda, a bag of chips and eight pack of donuts and have the food delivered. The DOORDASH delivery guy arrived with only the sandwich. I asked him where's the rest of the order and he replied "the sandwich was the only thing they gave him". I asked him didn't you have a list of the items that were in this order? He acted as if he didn't understand what I was saying and left. I called Wawa on North Point Blvd and talked to the manager and was told I had to call DoorDash because it was the DOORDASH because it was their driver who left the rest of the order. I called DOORDASH and was told that I had used WAWA's app to place the order. This went back and forth for over an hour. I asked Wawa if I could come to the store and pickup the rest of the order and was told no even though the rest of the order was in a bag at the cash register at the front of the store. She said I don't have a receipt for the missing items. I told her I have a receipt on my phone in the Wawa app and she still refused to let me pickup the bag with the missing items. Then DoorDash called her and she refused to come to the phone and talked to them. Eventually I contacted the people at the Wawa app and got a refund for the missing items and the tip for the driver. I will never shop at the Wawa on North Point Blvd and if I used the app again I will go to Wawa and pickup my own order. read more

This used to be our regular WaWa until we moved out of state. We always love the food so while we were in the neighborhood we decided to stop. Ordered almost $40 worth of stuff at the deli and then got in line. For whatever reason there was only one register open. The gentleman running this register was for some reason operating the register while on his knees while having a conversation with a coworker who appeared to have just got off. It didn't seem to be work related because he was talking about his mom. I give him my slips. At no point was I greeted or even acknowledged. After ringing me up he held out his hand as I guess he saw I had cash. Never even announced my total. I had to ask. The line was long and he was still having his personal conversation while working on his knees. I was not asked if I needed a bag for my big deli order. I take my things to the car then realize I forgot some drinks for my husband. I go back in, the line is now about 10 people deep. The cashier is at least now working from his feet but there is no sense of urgency to wait on guests. It was obvious that he did not want to be there. I make my second transaction, grab my deli order and finally make it to the car. Maybe they were under staffed but they did have associates stocking that should've been able to help with the line. My deli order was correct but my husband ordered mustard for his sandwich and the associate was too lazy to wipe the knife before cutting mine. So although I hate mustard I ended up with a good bit of it on my sandwich because a dirty knife was used. Very annoyed at the whole experience. I was there nearly 25 minutes. This is not the same customer service I remember. read more

That's it I've finally had it. Don't charge me extra for bacon and cheese and forget to put it on my sandwich. This isn't the first, or second time this has happened but the third. I shouldn't have to open my sandwich on the coffee bar to make sure I'm getting what I paid for. Never ordering food from here again. read more

The food at the deli counter is really good. They have great mac and cheese, egg salad , turkey, and meatball subs. Yes, really good meatballs coming from an Italian, I'm not joking about that! The soft pretzels are also a favorite. read more

While i am a huge fan of Wawa (from my time living in SE Pennsylvania) there is just something about this one that gives me the wrong vibe. Like pretty much all of the Wawa's in the Baltimore area that i know of, this one has fuel services, the price of which makes it ultra competitive with the other gas station in the area. The store it's self is just average. Customer service could use some improvement, (they always seem a bit downtrodden). It also doesn't seem to be as clean as the others in the area as well (either that or they keep their lights in the store to low, as it always seems to be a bit darker than others), but still cleaner in general than most of the farm stores. It's not enough to keep me from going to Wawa, but if given a choice, i would go to the one on Eastern or Pulaski as opposed to this one. read more

The customer service is good. The store is down right dirty. Have you ever looked at the windows? The parking lot is always dirty with the trash cans filled to the max. The dead landscaping has not been replaced since the day the store opened. I hope someone can put some love into this store. First I want to say we love Wawa! This Wawa used to be wonderful but lately I've had some pretty bad customer service and the coffee station has been awful! The coffee in the evening is almost always cold and more time than not they are completely out of decaf!! My wife and I visit this location at least twice a day and have for about 2 years. We spend a great deal of money here and expect better from our local Wawa. Like I said we love Wawa we just wish this one would get it together in these two areas. There is a girl that works the sandwich counter that is particularly rude! Not sure what her name is, but she is in her 30's and works 4-5 days a week. We would like to acknowledge Ms. G...I believe her real name is Lorraine. She is awesome! read more
