The outside was fine, and the front half of my car on the inside was fine, but they didn't touch any of my seats in the back. At all. There was still sand and pet hair on the floorboards and backseats (got back from vacation). And it wasn't like a bomb went off in the backseat with sand and hair all over the place. For 47 bucks I expect them to at least make some effort to vacuum the ENTIRE interior. Maybe it was because my vehicle isn't a high-End luxury car? Or maybe it was the workers being lazy? Mixture of both? Who knows. I will only be going here for the exterior from now UPDATE: My last review from last year was 2 stars. Changed it to 4 stars today. I paid for the platinum detail and the employees did a great job with the interior. Was it perfect? New equipment, new tap to pay on all the machines now which is amazing since I don't always have cash or sometimes forget my wallet and have to go back home to get it. You have to spend extra time cleaning your car which does nothing but cost you more money and makes this place more money. Doesn't matter if you wash your own car or drop it off it will not be fully cleaned. They are very cheap and do not want to increase the soap amount that dispensed from the brushes. I had to get a manager because I paid for a wash and no soap was coming out and then the time was up and I said I'm not paying again and look at my car so he put more time on the machine. That was the last time I went here. Seems like now they're focused on selling used cars more than being a car wash. It's insane man. I had to wipe it down and show him the spots they missed. Black wheels were still dirty with absolutely no cleaning done whatsoever. My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. I sent photos to the owner, he said the cleaner didn't think I wanted my trash taken out and that I should have paid for an advance service for the door handle to be cleaned. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest. As soon as I walked into the store, the cashier greeted me with a warm welcome. I found the men's room clean and fresh-smelling, which I appreciated after such a long drive. I had noticed a Krispy Kreme truck in the parking lot, so I decided to get an Original Glazed doughnut. It tasted especially fresh, as though it had just come off the truck. The cashier mentioned how fresh it was in such a friendly way that it made my night. It is always wonderful to be treated kindly--especially after a long evening of driving. The store was bright, inviting, and well organized, with an interior that seemed to say, "Come on in--we have everything you need." My doughnut was a great value and provided the perfect ending to my long drive before I checked into the hotel. Since I stay at this hotel fairly often, I plan to visit this Royal Farms again for snacks, doughnuts, bottled water, and, of course, its famous fried chicken.
