The outside was fine, and the front half of my car on the inside was fine, but they didn't touch any of my seats in the back. At all. There was still sand and pet hair on the floorboards and backseats (got back from vacation). And it wasn't like a bomb went off in the backseat with sand and hair all over the place. For 47 bucks I expect them to at least make some effort to vacuum the ENTIRE interior. Maybe it was because my vehicle isn't a high-End luxury car? Or maybe it was the workers being lazy? Mixture of both? Who knows. I will only be going here for the exterior from now UPDATE: My last review from last year was 2 stars. Changed it to 4 stars today. I paid for the platinum detail and the employees did a great job with the interior. Was it perfect? No. But it was a huge improvement from my last review and they definitely took their time vacuuming and wiping down the interior. So, I am happy with the work that was done for what I paid.

If you asked for a refund you won't get it. So your paying for something that you may not get. 4) Sometimes the carwash doesn't come on and wash your car. You have to drive around again to ride through again. 5) They don't dry your car completely 6) Cleaning the inside yourself- vacuum are clogged, cleaning supplies the bottles are low. Clean cleaning rags are hard to get. They don't keep up with the rags. Trash all over the ground. You still leave with a car alittle cleaner then when you came in. We will be spending are hard earned money somewhere else since the manager and corporate doesn't care about the service.

New equipment, new tap to pay on all the machines now which is amazing since I don't always have cash or sometimes forget my wallet and have to go back home to get it. My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. I sent photos to the owner, he said the cleaner didn't think I wanted my trash taken out and that I should have paid for an advance service for the door handle to be cleaned. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest. You need to go into an automatic car wash facility with the proper expectations. The "touch" washes…read moreshould do a fairly decent job of cleaning a dirty car if that "touch material" is clean and enough water is used to thoroughly rinse. You also have to be willing to accept the consequences of a material slinging dirty material on your car's paint. I would never go through one of them. The "touchless" wash saves the paint but is not going to do a particularly good job of getting scummy caked on filth off your car. In my experience, these "touchless" washes for more for getting dust and fresh pollen off the car - or for getting most road salt off the car in the winter (something you should be doing after each salt event in Maryland). If you want a wash where you end up with no complaints, you have to hand wash your car. Period. This facility itself looks decent and clean -- but the core of this place, the actual wash, is mediocre. I'm critical of most of these automatic carwashes -- as they usually have at least 1 thing not functioning (no receipt, missing a wash option, undercarriage only washes 1 side, miniscule amount of soap, etc). The automatic wash, in both bays that I have used, spits out water as the machine moves back between cycle. The issue with that really comes out when you're done with the drying cycle. That massive roaring fan that just attempted to blow the water off your car is negated by the machine simply dousing water down the side of your car. This wash also seems to fluctuate in how much soap and water they use. Each time I've gone, it seems like a different amount of product is released and a different level of water pressure is used. From what I've experienced in touch-free washes, this location is no better and no worse than those in the area. You have to know what you're getting. If you want a clean car, hand wash it yourself.

I was staying at the SpringHill Suites across the street. Before checking in--and after six hours…read moreof driving--I decided to stop here to use the restroom and perhaps pick up a snack. As soon as I walked into the store, the cashier greeted me with a warm welcome. I found the men's room clean and fresh-smelling, which I appreciated after such a long drive. I had noticed a Krispy Kreme truck in the parking lot, so I decided to get an Original Glazed doughnut. It tasted especially fresh, as though it had just come off the truck. The cashier mentioned how fresh it was in such a friendly way that it made my night. It is always wonderful to be treated kindly--especially after a long evening of driving. The store was bright, inviting, and well organized, with an interior that seemed to say, "Come on in--we have everything you need." My doughnut was a great value and provided the perfect ending to my long drive before I checked into the hotel. Since I stay at this hotel fairly often, I plan to visit this Royal Farms again for snacks, doughnuts, bottled water, and, of course, its famous fried chicken.
