Gas station and convenient store. Eye catching ads at gas pumps, that enticed me to purchase a $ .50 small hot chocolate. Clean inside.

Im so glad that people are coming here because this is literally the place to get boba! The owners are fantastic, very personable, and really cares about their customers so i would happily support their establishment!!! Also this is one of the only places that have remained opened during covid while maintaining all of the precautions. The workers there are so hard working and are very welcoming! The boba is fantastic here!!! Not too sweet and texture is on point! They have so many flavors! My favorite is mango green tea! Fruit teas tend to be on sweeter side so i get 30% sweet. Taro milk is very good as well as the classic. If you have never had boba or you have had boba and didnt enjoy it, please try this before writing off boba. You may have not had good boba so you have to try the boba here!

We came here after a movie and decided to try their egg waffles. We also got a fruit tea (can't…read moreremember which one) and a milk tea. The fruit tea was really sweet. I had gotten 30% sweetness, but it was still really really sweet. I might go no sweetness next time. The milk tea was good! We got 3 original egg waffles. They made them one by one, it seems they have one dedicated egg waffle maker for the original. Even then, it only took like 9 minutes for those egg waffles. I could see it being a lot longer if it was super busy/multiple people before you had ordered waffles. I wish they had a peanut butter/condensed milk topping combo instead of just condensed milk. The egg waffles smelled really good and were delicious! Not bad. If I were in the area and needed a sweet treat, I'd come back.

They were incredibly thorough with all of their ingredients and allergens. They make everything from scratch, but I was not able to have any of the desserts since they were all made with soy flour, but they went above and beyond, helping me choose a lunch and checking ingredient information for everything. They were so incredibly kind and patient and did not make me feel like a burden at all by asking questions. I ended up going with the grilled ham cheese and tomato sandwich on ciabatta with a cheddar cheese, and they give you a few choices for sides. I went with the orange slices and I also picked up a cup of coffee - their chocolate hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar. They even came back a few minutes later because they saw I had a peanut allergy and just wanted to make sure that hazelnut was safe for me as well. They were so sweet. Every person there was really accommodating and when I first walked in, they were helping a customer choose a cake for their daughter's birthday, which seemed to be taking a while, but they were patient and kind with her as well. This is a family owned operation and they really put their heart and soul and everything. The spot itself is just tucked into a shopping center and the interior is cozy and cute. They have a wide variety of desserts and pastries, along with sandwiches, breakfast options and drinks. Everything smelled and looked amazing. I wish I had been able to try a dessert, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area that is able to eat their desserts. Their cakes looked so good. I really enjoyed my sandwich. It was so filling and had a really good flavor! The tomato just made the ham pop and the orange slices were really refreshing. I don't usually go with fruit as a side, but I think I need to start doing that more often! Their coffee was really good too. The chocolate hazelnut flavor was not overpowering, but had a nice subtle flavor. I would absolutely be back.

If you could only get one, this has to be the one! The melted cheese + sweetest of it all was an absolute treat. The beef empanada was still very good in its own way. The meat isn't sweet which pairs well with the potato filling. The guava drink was decent. It wasn't exactly refreshing but I would still drink it again. Very impressed by how hot and crunchy the food was after picking it up.

A small shop with two tables to enjoy your meal, however, I'd much rather take my order to go. I was greeted by a gentleman who I presume is the owner, who was very nice. Since I was only stopping for a quick snack, I only had plans to try one of their empanadas. I was set on the chicken however, they were all out, so I opted for their Hawaiian empanada. Which to my surprise, was quite tasty. The empanada was fresh, piping hot, crispy, and filled with gooey cheese, a pineapple sauce, and cubes of ham. If you're a fan Empanadas by Abuela offers four flavors of empanadas and a variety of other Columbian dishes. I definitely plan on making another stop to try more of their menu. I love finding great hidden little gems.
