If the pharmacy makes a mistake, its gonna be on you they will lie about why you can't get the prescription. Something is wrong behind the counter! Ck and count your medication! Do Not Go To This CVS!!! I found out the hard way that these other ratings of horrible customer service is true! I have never been treated so poorly in my life by the pharmacy staff members as well as the Pharmacist. After picking my sick daughter up from 2 days in the Hospital with small children in my vehicle, unable to go inside I went through the drive through to pick up my daughters prescription. I asked to purchase Tylenol as well, the pharmacy staff member said No, they are not allowed to do that at the drive through. I then asked her to ask the pharmacist to make an exception as I was unable to come in, she returned to the window handed me my prescription and my credit card and said the Pharmacist said No and began shutting the window in my face. I told her that I would not be coming back to this pharmacy to which she replied "that's fine" before shutting the window in my face. I pushed the help button in disbelief, hoping to speak to the Pharmacist directly. The entire pharmacy staff just stared at me from inside, I waited and then pushed the button again....and.....again until I realized that the entire staff was purposely ignoring me. I finally pulled off and called to file a complaint with the store manager and District manager who were both very nice and seemed sincerely apologetic about my experience. I just hope that this Pharmacist and her staff gets some much needed training in customer service. read more

As someone who has been using this pharmacy for quite some time, I wanted to share a completely different experience from the folks who gave low reviews. I cannot say that there's never been a time when a prescription med was on backorder, but that has happened occasionally at every pharmacy I've ever used. I can say that all of the people behind the desk have always been the MOST kind, friendly, helpful. They have always gone above and beyond, from clerks to pharmacists. And they are persistent. When I am sometimes (okay, frequently) slow to pick up my refills of maintenance meds, not only does the texting system "hound" me, but the pharmacy staff will personally call me! It's like they REALLY want to make sure I don't miss needed medications. Not one time, ever, has any employee at this location been rude, short, or incompetent--even when they were SLAMMED with customers (as they frequently are). And even when it's crowded, I can look around and see they treat every other customer the same, thoughtful way. Just wanted to share, because I have had such a positive experience with this pharmacy. And for the record I am not personal friends with or related to anyone there. :) read more

I don't know that I've ever had a good experience at a CVS from coast to coast. Sometimes you are one of few options in any given area though. You must treat your employees like garbage because they always seem miserable. Against my better judgement I scheduled my COVID test here. Of course even arriving early the line wrapped around the building and waited well past my appointment time before finally giving up and leaving. Of course I'm more patient and temper my expectations during the pandemic, but you never cease to amaze me with your deplorable service and management. Doesn't matter what is going on. You always find ways to suck! read more

Love this cvs! All the staff are friendly and nice and you can tell they actually care about the people coming in. Most of the complaints here sounds like they just wanted special treatment. Rules are rules, if they have a ton of prescription it's they're gonna fill the ones that came in first first. I don't care if " OH I NEEDS THIS RIGHT NOW" attitude ain't gonna fly. You can wait like everyone else they are extremely busy and you acting like a Karen isn't going to help. Let them do the jobs they went to school for and have to take refresher courses constantly. How about you wait in your mini van or go to your kids soccer game and pick it up after. Everyone feels so entitled nowa days and think they should get everying they want. Guess what pull your head out your ass and just be nice and they'll be nice back. read more

Normally I don't leave reviews but it's so nice to have a positive experience. Only having to make one stop for prescriptions, necessities and the occasional treat, knowing all employees will be wearing mask properly is a relief. Employees are helpful and respectful I'm not sure how they do it in these trying times. Thanks CVS read more

Very incompetent! They don't bother to tell you they are out of stock, until you come back to pick up your medication. Apparently checking to see if the medication is in stock when you drop it off is too much to ask for. read more

I agree that this is the worst CVS in the area. The Pharmacy staff are rude, uncaring and unprofessional. It always takes DAYS to get a Rx filled at this location. And they never notify you when a prescription is ready, you have to call THEM. I went in to get a Flu shot yesterday..... waited 40 minutes and still no shot. I ended up having to leave and went to Patient First...., in and out in 10 minutes. WTH is wrong with CVS ?????? read more

Incapable ignorant staff, waited on hold a total of 23 mins with no pickup just to question about my prescription so I called back and got the store front cashier who said she could send me back to the pharmacy and "hopefully" they will pick up. Drive their employees completely rush you through and if you ask a question they act like it's coming out of their pay. Will be changing pharmacies after this refill. Plus the store itself is a dim lit mess. read more

They start switching out the sale signs early on Saturday, even though the sale runs until the end of the day. So if you shop on a Saturday, you have no idea what price is going to ring up at the register. Very annoying. read more

Horrible customer service. Doctor called one presc in and FedEx'd a script to me. Went to drop it off and was told by drive thru attendant, "we don't have any, not sure when they will be in"....and hung up. Pressed the button three more times. Finally came back and I asked for the pharmacist... told "don't have any till mid week". Buzzed back and said ok, then why was the script returned. They said next week sometime and I went to ask about a previous called in they ended the call. Sitting there in drive thru. I said heck with it and went a bit down the road to Walgreens. It will be ready tomorrow !!! Called the cvs and spoke to mgr. She transferred me back to pharmacy. The previous presc was called in 4 days ago but no one knew why it was on hold omg I will never ever go back to this store. read more

INCOMPETENT !! DONT GET YOUR PRESCIPTION HERE. The incompetent person who took the order screwed it up. On top of that he had an bad attitude, BAD. He told me it would be ready in a half hour. 12 hours later, i find out there is a problem with it. So i ask for it back fron the pharmacist and she kept trying to talk me into waitng for it, for 6 hours. I said NO i want it back so i can take it somewhere else. What a fiasco. read more
