I'm new to the current CVS pharmacy system, and I understand that patients have to use the computer screens to get prescriptions, but I don't understand why the staff has to be rude to me when I don't know how to already use the system? Also, the staff was rude to me when I was trying to check-in for a vaccine appointment. Like, what did I even do??? The problems with this store are not local. Meaning I've been to a LOT of CVS s in Md over the years, because they take my insurance, or I would go elsewhere. Most of the issues result from company policy. The company went from trying to be open 24 hours with locations everywhere and with insufficient staffing to accomplish the task. Legal action happened as a result. Instead of hiring more staff now they close for 30 minutes so the current one can get a break and reduced their hours. This location is one of the few that I've seen that HAS a public bathroom. This was my primary pharmacy for 4 years. Most of them are nice, considerate, and compassionate, and some of them still remember me after moving away for 3 years and only coming in intermittently because the one I switched to in my area are twice as slow with half of the business and most of them seem bothered that they have to help you. I've never felt that way at the Nottingham store. I had to go back there recently because my pharmacy couldn't refill my meds due to shortages. My local CVS didn't call me, or otherwise attempt to talk to me. I checked the app and it went from available Monday, to being on hold, with no supply. They didn't call other stores for me and I can't- they won't tell me, company policy due to theft. I still haven't heard from them. My doctor sent my following month Rx to Nottingham and I got it the same day, and the person at the register remembered me, explained about supply issues and that they too had just gotten in back in stock. Anyway, all pharmacies are overworked. They have to deal with your doctor, your insurance company and then you, they are understaffed and underpaid and under-appreciated. They usually never catch up no matter how hard they work and yet CVS corporate doesn't understand why people don't want to work there. I would give the store higher based on that information but they are the ones that pay for the company's policies but that isn't fair either. Thus my 3 stars. read more

Long slow drive through lines. They're so slow, two or three cars are considered to be a long drive through line. It's really bad...

Probably one of the worst CVS's is in the area, first off, the store- It's really old and dingy inside. It's a cluster in there, very disorganized and the staff does not work at all. Next, the pharmacy is a hot mess, I say that in a meaningful way. While I could be a keyboard warrior, the reason why I'm doing this is because I honestly don't trust them. There is one younger lady who is in her 30s/40s who is always very kind, the older lady that wears the glasses terrible. Sorry but lit is a hot mess in there. Go anywhere other than go to that CVS because it takes forever for them to fill their prescriptions. They are lazy as heck and blame stuff on the computer and I don't understand the " let's take off a half hour for lunch", we are not in Europe. Therefore, workers can take their lunch a different times, and if they're not taking lunch and they're just calling at that then what's the point just be honest. read more

Don't waste your time calling this location. On hold for 20+ minutes waiting for someone to answer. I transferred my prescription to this location and it's taking days for them to add it to the system. So unfortunate that CVS has these locations staffed horribly and they refuse to improve staffing and service. If you can, choose another location or pharmacy brand. read more

Traveling from Houston and stopped in to use the restroom , I asked Scott where the restroom was and he directed me ...as I walked away he sarcastically told another customer how hes tired of people coming in and not buying anything just coming to use the restroom. I found that very rude and unprofessional in fact the plan was to pick a few items up as well but after the comment made by Scott I didn't want to do any business here if it weren't for my spouse already being in line to check out by the time I left the restroom I would have left and bought nothing.......besides that the store as well as the restroom was very clean and organized. read more

I stopped by the Pharmacy today for a shingles vaccine. There is a Cosultation window, which is where I stood waiting for just one person to acknowledge my presence. There were maybe 5 to 6 folks working in the pharmacy. I waited 5 minutes at least. One lady made eye contact, turned away and said nothing. I need to call my doctors office to request a script be sent to a different CVS, or just drop by a Walgreen's. The poorest customer service ever. I will not be supporting that CVS. read more

every time i've come here i've had an issue- have it be the pharmacy drive through taking 45 minutes, half of my medication getting forgotten, no one to help at the register, and more. read more

I love this CVS! As another reviewer wrote, the lines at the pharmacy counter can be long at peak times (late afternoon/early evening). However, for a rather small space they are very well-stocked; I always find what I'm looking for. The staff have always been friendly and go out of their way to ask if I need assistance and to help me find items. The pharmacy staff are also pleasant and I have never received an incorrectly filled prescription or a late one. They make personal calls to check on prescription issues and follow up when needed. We switched to this pharmacy from one across the street because the customer service was so much better here. read more
