This place is great. Everyone is nice. Got the chicken over rice and chicken is juicy and flavorful and the portion is generous. In addition to having deli food and halal food they are like a general store and sell everything from canned beef stew to Hanes Tshirts. They have cool weird brands of potato chips and candy. It reminds me of a corner bodega you would walk into in New York City but the people are nicer. read more

This is a new deli and convenient store across from St Agnes hospital. The layout is a long convenient store in the front with a grill and deli in the back of the store. I went there for lunch and had a shrimp quesadilla. It has plenty of shrimp, cheese and green peppers. It was not the traditional Mexican quesadilla, it had a ketchup flavor to it, but it was good. They have a lot of items on their menu, like pancakes, eggs, meats for breakfast. And for lunch they have deli sandwiches, halal chicken and lamb with rice, cheesesteaks, French fries, chicken salads, shrimp salads... The sandwiches that I saw them make had lots of meat, they looked great! The owner and staff are very nice. They are a great new option in the area and I hope that their new store and carry out restaurant do really well here. read more

I don't know if I ever had worse quality of chicken than this. The chicken was really bad. I would not order again that thing and would not recommend my friends to order from this place. I ordered chicken over rice, that was delivered without any sauce. The funny part is, this happened after I requested an additional sauce on the side along with what goes inside. read more

I was surprised when I first went into the deli because it didn't look like they served food. I went to the back and saw that it looked like they keep it clean. The food is on display to showcase the options. This is my first time getting food from friends deli and I usually like chicken and lamb over rice. My entree was pretty good, big portion, so it was filling. I will say the sauce was laid on wayyyyyy too heavy. It almost looked like it was a soup dish. Never again ! So I work at the hospital and I heard great things about deli. So I decided to give it a try for breakfast. I ordered at 7:33a a breakfast burrito and order of home fries. The guy told me 25 mins, So I got over there like 8:15a so that's way over 25 mins. So I noticed it was only one guy working and 2 other customers besides myself waiting. I totally understand the morning which is one problem I think they should have more than 1 worker working in the morning. So I'm watching the worker answering the DIRTY PHONE with the same gloves he's cooking with and after hanging up on a call slap a piece of cheese of someone sandwich ..I told him I called in a order her stated it was ready. When it was time to check out he's showing me my food and IT'S WRONG!!!!!!! It was a watery looking omelet with turkey bacon(which breakfast burrito comes with beef bacon) and greasy home fries that look like it wasn't even drain. I was tempted to buy just the home fries bc I already been waiting and I'm hungry but $4 for them greasy home fries I refused to pay for it. I told the cashier that was order was wrong and he stated he will have to let him know?! Who it was I'm unsure. Why could you offer to remake the the burrito but I didn't want to waste any more time!!! Never again, I normally give places second chances but their handling process is digesting. Went there to order a cold cut sandwich and chicken nuggets and french fries. The man that made my food barely know English and messed my order up. then when I call the store to tell them they messed up my order This owner was very rude to me as he sat there flirting with customers told me it was my fault for ordering wrong I will not recommend them because I never see them use gloves or wash their hands. read more

First time going here and the cook is incredibly rude, he should also wear a beard net for hazard of hair falling in the food. I ordered food over the phone and gave clear instructions of what I wanted on my sub, but they did not follow it and when I tried to tell him my correct order, he instead tried to blame me for having my order wrong, the cashier was incredibly friendly in trying to help out but to no avail, I politely said I would leave and never go back only to be yelled at and cursed at in front of other customers and told to leave. I ordered a Grilled chicken salad with balsamic dressing. I was so looking forward to eating bcuz I've been suffering from the flu and hadn't eaten in a few days. My tastebuds are still off but I was cautious. As I was eating the salad I kept thinking I taste fingernail polish remover. I have the salad to my son and asked him could he plz taste it and tell me what he thinks. Immediately he asked me did I pour finger nail polish remover in the salad. I called the store and the gentlemen would not even hear me out, he just kept talking over me and telling me I must be mistaken. I kept trying to explain to him that more than one person taste the foulness. I finally got irritated and did not even want to request a replacement for fear of what they may do to my food.
