I am guessing I spoke to the same awful pharmacist recently mentioned below. I called to ask a question about a prescription's availability and the woman pharmacist who answered the phone was immediately nasty for no reason. I have been calling pharmacies all day and not one other pharmacist was rude or nasty like her. I was asking a normal question in a polite way. This was my go-to pharmacy for more than a decade. The one pharmacist, Josh, is wonderful. But the one who is on-duty most of the time (whose name Rite Aid will not disclose, despite laws requiring them to) is vicious, cruel, rude and a danger to patients. She will not tolerate any questions and denigrates people who are getting prescriptions for anything she considers to be a "narcotic." She screamed in my face for so long that I had to whisper with the cashier (who liked like she was about to die from horror over the screaming) to complete my transaction--all as the pharmacist continued shouting in the background. This is not how one delivers safe patient care. Go anywhere--LITERALLY ANYWHERE--else for your prescriptions. The rest of the store is no longer properly stocked, so I wouldn't bother going there for anything else, either. read more

I've only been to the pharmacy here, but am happy with the service I get. My dog was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer so has to get prescriptions. Since I don't have pet insurance, the staff here finds coupons to apply to the medications to make them more affordable. I signed up for their text program so they'll text me when my prescription is ready and remind me when refills are due as well. All of the staff I have interacted with are friendly and willing to help. read more

20 minutes before closing, visited the store to pick sanitary napkins. Approached the door to find to employees standing in the doorway on their phones. As soon as I approached the door, I could see that the doors on the outside had been locked. I looked at my watch and asked them are they closed and they said yes. I told them that the store does not close for another 20 min. They did not respond and proceeded to play with their phones. read more

Tons of knick knack stuff on top of your typical pharmacy. They also have convenience food items which make this store a great neighborhood store to shop at...not just for drugs. I've never had problems with parking and I don't have a problem with a business not wanting non-business parking on their property. The staff here has always been friendly and eager to help. The most friendliest store! The customer service boys are the best here. Especially this is a shout out to Dave for this outstanding patience with customers like me. I went here to click photo for my passport that had very specific requirements. Dave went through the specs that I had taken with me printed and clicked the photo a couple times to make sure that they meet the specs. Though the photo that he clicked was exactly what I needed, unfortunately, their printer wasn't up to the mark. While we didn't take the printed photos, he let us take photos in the store with my phone camera (I have a passport booth app on my phone). He also suggested that I could print out photos from my phone at Target. I was able to get my photo printed at Target and send the photos to the embassy. Without Rite Aid I don't know what I would have done in such a short time as I had to submit the photos the very next day. Moreover my earlier photos were rejected and I didn't want them to be rejected this time. I have to say that the guys at this store are extremely nice. Good for a quickie late-night tampon run, and has your standard typical pharmacy fare: condoms/pregnancy tests - aisle 1, vitamins/cold remedies - aisle 2, etc. Not bad by any means but nothing I can think of that puts it above the Walgreens or the Safeway down the street. I don't get my prescriptions filled there so I can't comment on their turnaround time, but the couple of times I've asked for pharmacist advice (for vitamins, or cold remedies and how they would affect breastfeeding or interact with other medications, for example) they were pretty useless (i.e. I could have garnered as much info from webMD). I have heard that if you live in the neighborhood they have a few parking spots that they allow locals to overnight in (a real bonus for those that live within 2 blocks but we live 4 blocks away so it doesn't really affect us). And there's a clothing donation bin out back which is pretty cool but I'm not sure that officially has anything to do with rite-aid itself. read more

The staff are very friendly and super helpful. When you go to this pharmacy they know you personally , they know you by name. Of course you need to give your date of birth to verify that there are no mistakes. If you want to get your flu shot there that's great also, super easy & super fast. I also got my covid vac there I made my appointment online and I was in and out. I definitely recommend the Rite-Aid Canton location . read more

This is a great location, and the staff are extremely friendly and will help you in every situation. This is a convenience store so it will be expensive but they have sales all of the time and you can even coupon and save more. Its convenient and its right there. I enjoy coming here and browse when im bored. The dollar section is convenient as well lol. As for the lady that got her car towed, why would u park your car there on new years? Bad decision and it is a city u will get towed. Finding a park is tough you cant just park there whenever you want just because you get your prescription there. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. The Baltimore, Maryland branch store is a joke ! My wife went there with my 5 year old daughter and elderly mother, made a purchase and they had her car towed. I have been coming to this Rite Aid for a couple years, as it's only a few blocks from me. I coupon when I have the time, and at times visit this store 1x or more a week, and each time I'm always greeted with a pleasant "Hello" and "Welcome to Rite Aid!" The cashiers and managers are very friendly and never groan when I hand over my coupons or ask for price checks or other questions. The customer service here is A+! read more

Ok.. If you're angry about getting towed from a parking lot you need to get a grip. It's a business and from the signs posted clearly all over the place, they can tow if you're illegally parked after hours. WE LIVE IN A CITY! This location is great. Super convenient and the staff is all really friendly. I am greeted every time I walk in. The pharmacy is very efficient and always has my prescriptions when I need them. The pharmacy staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. They even call you if you forgot to pick it up. Now I can even get text notifications when it's ready. For a small location it has all the essentials and to have a parking lot in the city is a definite bonus. read more

Very friendly pharmacist and VERY fast. Usually when I have to wait for a pescription, it only takes about 10 minutes to have it filled. The pharmacist love to talk and definitely will inform you on anything you need to know. The store itself is a tad outdated and slightly dirty, but overall a great convenient location. read more

This is categorically the worse experience I have ever had at any business. On Saturday I went into the store to do a cash card reload and gave the $500.00. Three days later the money still has not appeared on my card. They bsaid I should wait and call on Monday to speak with the Manager, Meanwhile I gave my money to the Manager named Joe The one I was to speak to Monday was Mark. Called Mark on Monday am, he tells me I should pick up my money on Monday around 5pm. Well I was there, no money, because Tiffany said the register would allow her to refund the money She then calls Mark who was absolutely horrible to me. Trying to convince me it was my fault. He then told Tiffany to call Pay Pal and sort it out. But demanded she only spend 15 minutes doing so.. Guess what? it took two hour and one policemen to come and I still do not have my money. I am 68 years old, and that was my for rent and food and medicines for the month. As i rwrite this review I am wondering how I will get my money or if I will get it. How will I eat or buy my medicines. Anyone out there have any ideas.?? I am trying to be calm as I have a heart situation. But to demonstrate how enept these people are. They took my money to put on a pay pal card. THEY DO NOT EVEN TAKE PAY PAL and no of them even knew that. The Manager then told Tiffany to let corporate deal with it.. This pharmacy is badly managed and dirty. Their prescription supplies are often under stocked our just not available, sometimes for up to two days. The store is dirty, the outside sidewalks and parking lot dirtier. The single trash can is often overflowing, cigarette butts choke the curbs, mingling with the thick weeds. One needs to wash ones hands after being in this store. read more

This store has the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing in a pharmacy. They bend over backwards to help you if you have a problem with your prescription, refills, insurance, etc. They are always fast, efficient, accurate and friendly.
