From the moment I walked into the establishment, I was met with a rude and unwelcoming attitude from the manager. Their lack of basic customer service skills was evident, as they completely disregarded my presence and failed to address my concerns or questions. It was clear that they had no interest in providing a positive experience for customers. What struck me the most was the manager's complete lack of professionalism. They constantly interrupted me while I was speaking, dismissing my opinions and concerns without even giving them a fair chance. Their tone was condescending and dismissive, making me feel belittled and unheard. This unprofessional behavior was not only disrespectful but also reflected poorly on the establishment as a whole. The manager's disrespectful treatment extended beyond their lack of professionalism. They openly mocked and ridiculed both staff and customers, creating a toxic and uncomfortable environment. Witnessing this behavior made me question the values and ethics of the entire establishment. It is unacceptable for a manager, who should be setting an example, to treat others with such disdain. Despite attempting to address the issue with the manager, they showed no willingness to rectify the situation or apologize for their behavior. This lack of accountability further exemplifies their unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. It is clear that they have no interest in fostering a positive environment or promoting customer loyalty. In conclusion, my experience with the manager Jesse at T-Mobile was a complete disappointment. He was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior tarnishes the reputation of the establishment and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their decision to visit this establishment until appropriate action is taken to address the manager's behavior. The other employees their were very nice and friendly and the manager wouldn't let them help me and he would take over the sale
