I was having with my RV, hooking up my Apple TV and Wi-Fi, etc. Not only was Dallas helpful, but he spent time on the phone with me explaining to me what I would need to get prior to him arriving and then spending a couple of hours going over everything making sure everything was hooked up correctly on site. Abraham Loewen has been the same technician on 2 of my job sites and he has further exceeded my expectations every time. Not only did he pick up after he was done, he went back and cleaned every window plus window frame individually. The time it took him to finish was a few hours for 10+ windows. Our first meeting was 4/16, which went fine. 2 days later, I was sent quotes. After looking over quotes, I changed my mind and went with black windows and black wrap because my house is white. Lisa text'd me she was too busy to provide an updated quote, and she would have a Vanessa W. send a revised quote. When the quote was received, it was a quote for white, not black, windows, and not all windows were included. So I started calling, emailing and texting; I'd either get no response or a long, drawn-out text message about her health/family issues. This is not the way to gain or retain a customer base. Was told numerous times the wait was 2-3 months out for someone to come by, yet I tried to set an appointment, and they "don't make appointments." I understand the Permian Basin dynamic of the customer being at everyone's mercy, but how do they even do business?? They won't return your call even if they say they will, so skip this place all-together. Not worth it.
