Roberts Contractors--which turned out to be a fantastic stroke of luck for us. From our initial call with Bobby, the owner, we were immediately impressed by his expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness. Rather than upselling us, Bobby actually guided us toward a smaller, more cost-effective model that proved to be the absolute right fit for our space. The installation team, led by Caleb, was exceptionally skilled, friendly, and efficient. Despite running into a few structural challenges unique to a hangar environment, they completed the entire project strictly on time and on budget. The crew's attention to detail truly set them apart. When the work was done, they thoroughly cleaned up the workspace, leaving the hangar cleaner than they found it, and took the time to walk us through the operation of the system. They even went above and beyond by installing an unrelated light fixture for us. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience and are so glad we chose R.L. Roberts. Highest recommendation!

She was extremely nice & very professional. She scheduled the repair & followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going accordingly. From scheduling to repair everything ran smoothly. Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company. I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. This was an insurance claim for me and as everyone knows they can be messy, Logan actually took some time to help me understand and explain some of the issues they've experienced in the past with these situations. This company sold me from the time I made the call to the second the techs finished and left the house. Price was slightly higher than most but well worth it IMO.
