I've been remodeling and flipping homes for several years now and believe me when I say this,…read more"Window Source of West Texas is the BEST and EASIEST company to deal with!" In the past I've had horrible experiences with contractors showing up late, not showing up at all, making a mess, leaving a mess, doing mediocre work & the list goes on. Abraham Loewen has been the same technician on 2 of my job sites and he has further exceeded my expectations every time. Not only did he pick up after he was done, he went back and cleaned every window plus window frame individually. The time it took him to finish was a few hours for 10+ windows. I'm extremely happy with the service/work/quality they provide. Huge thanks to Vanessa the sales lady that helped us choose our windows and provide us a quote. I would highly recommend using these guys. I will refuse to use anyone else!

I have never been so stressed out in my life. The Window Source salesperson, Lisa M is by far one…read moreof the most unreliable and inconsistent reps I've dealt with in a very long time. Our first meeting was 4/16, which went fine. 2 days later, I was sent quotes. After looking over quotes, I changed my mind and went with black windows and black wrap because my house is white. Lisa text'd me she was too busy to provide an updated quote, and she would have a Vanessa W. send a revised quote. When the quote was received, it was a quote for white, not black, windows, and not all windows were included. So I started calling, emailing and texting; I'd either get no response or a long, drawn-out text message about her health/family issues. This is not the way to gain or retain a customer base. Now, with all that being said, this is probably a GREAT company; you just have to get past Lisa to get those windows ordered and installed. ** As of 5/1/26 --- No accurate quote has been sent.

The Tint Shop of Midland - Several bubbles popped up within 3 hours of the job

I paid a premium price for ceramic, the tint itself was good; now having another brand new vehicle I will be looking elsewhere for a tint job. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I would hate even more for someone to go through what I went through.

I showed the tech, whom I believe is also the owner, that the driver's side window drops a quarter inch when you open the door. He said multiple times that he has been tinting for more than 20 years and knows how to do the job. When he finished with the car, a 2020 BMW convertible, I could see that the dot matrix on the windows had not been dry tacked. He also said I could roll down the windows and drop the top right away, which he had me do. I rolled up the windows and raised the top after I left the shop. Any seasoned, professional tinted will tell you to wait AT LEAST 24 hours, if not 3 days, before rolling the windows down. The tech told me he had rolled the windows down and dropped the top already. By the time I got home (2.5 hours away), I could see the bubbles at the lower quarter inch of the driver's side window. There was also a sloppy cut on the bottom of the rear quarter panel on the driver's side. In addition, the passenger's side window has 4 or 5 "specks" of something that got trapped between the film and the glass. There are other imperfections on four windows that have not "worked themselves out," as the guy said they would aftwr 2 days. The rear window seems to be the only decent tint on the car. Unacceptable. He also let his wife drive my car from the garage to the front parking spot, which is unconventional. There were a couple of positives worth mentioning, to be fair. He did let me know about a scratch in a window that may or may not be more visible with the tint. He and the young woman working the counter were both friendly. Unfortunately, my calls to bring the car in for a tint fix were unanswered over a four-hour period when the shop was allegedly open the following Monday, which is fine because in the end, I'm not confident the issues would be resolved a second time around. I made an appointment with a shop that has stellar reviews to get the tint fixed. I'm looking at paying an additional $200 on what initially cost $298 for ceramic tint. This amount does not include the additional 5-hour round trip I will have to make. The tech said it only took him 1.5 hours to install the tint. I would have gladly waited 3 hours to have the job done right.
