I had no idea whom to call about replacing a sliding glass door. I asked a few friends and got a few names. We actually received quotes from 3 companies, The Window Source of West Texas included. All 3 had similar pricing (within a few hundred dollars) and all 3 had completely different options. We feel that there were more options at the same price level as The Window Source. This doesn't even include the customer service! Sandy is super knowledgeable about it all and if she doesn't know, she will dig until she finds out! She kept in touch with us and when she gave us the estimated delivery date of our door...that was real. There was no call to tell us it would be another week. The call we received was "you're door is in. Are you available for install Monday?", which was only a few days later. We liked the experience so much that we are working with Sandy and some of her contractors to do other work for us. They are all knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They even bring their own trash can, clean up and take it with them. I HIGHLY recommend this business and these people! read more

I can not recommend Window Source enough. From the beginning, Melissa and Sandy made me feel super comfortable and answered my many questions and listened to my concerns/needs/wants. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. We had all of our old, wooden windows updated and had our front and back patio doors replaced. The windows and doors came in within a reasonable amount of time and the install went perfectly. There was no mess left behind it took less than three days to do the entire house. Not to mention, the windows and doors are beautiful! Sandy came by after the windows were done to replace some screens that had been damaged by our dogs. They strive for complete customer satisfaction which was greatly appreciated. Be sure to get your free estimate from Window Source of West Texas before shopping anywhere else. read more

I can not say enough good things about our experience with The Window Source of West Texas. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had after our free estimate and consultation. They were very patient with us as we made style and color choices. They genuinely wanted us to be happy and love our windows. We are so happy with how they look and with the quality of these windows! The installation was beautifully done and they cleaned up so well you could not tell any construction was done. (Probably cleaner than when they got there as our old windows let in tons of dirt) We have received many compliments on how great they make our home look and feel. If you are looking to replace your windows, we would definitely recommend using The Window Source! read more

I recently had some windows replaced by Window Source and I met the most professional, courteous and friendliest group of people that I have known. When I first met with Sandy, the representative, I had many questions. Not having done this before I continued to compare other offers. Finally I made my decision and got my windows replaced. I would also want to mention that the persons that did the installation were so smart and friendly. I love my windows. So if you are thinking of buying new windows I highly recommend, The Window Source of West Texas!! M. Urias read more

My experience with Window Source was great. It took a while for us to connect, because I had to reschedule a few times. Sandy was very accommodating and super understanding. When we finally scheduled a time she was here and ready to get going. She measured my windows and explained everything to me. I didn't qualify for financing, but I purchased two windows and hope to eventually get all my windows put in by Window Source. Miguel, the installer was so professional. He did an outstanding job. He cleaned up dust that was there before he started, leaving the area cleaner than it was. He was very helpful and proud of the product. Thank you for making my experience the best. read more
