I ordered three sets of ProVia Bow windows(13) in vinyl with solid cherry wood on the inside. I've had Anderson windows before but i thought I would try this company since the windows are made in SugarCreek Ohio which I know quite well since I have bought solid Cherry furniture from the Amish there on a few occasions. I was overwhelmed with the craftsmanship exhibited in these windows but not surprsed. Beautiful beyond description! P.K. construction folks are just amazing at their workmanship and dedication. I've never used them before but i sure am glad I did! These windows in price were a lot less than just solid vinyl/fiberglass windows by Anderson & Pella (which are good companies) with no solid cherry wood interior. These windows are Heirloom Quality big time. The ProVia Windows and P.K. construction's service was just over the top!! read more

Just a FYI. This company was owned previously by Abe Peters under the same name as it is now. From…read moremy understanding the company was sold to family members. Under the original company held by Abe they installed a metal roof for us in Midland Tx. Approximately 5-7 yrs ago. It is the worst metal roof a person could have paid for. Just terrible, deliberate , shoddy ass craftsmanship. Abe came highly recommended by a family friend. Our roof looks like a run over Coors beer can. Major leaks after these last rains. So we are in the process of a new roof and major interior damage to sheet rock ect. If you had the prior company owned by Abe do yourself a favor and have it inspected. Instead of using new sheet metal to the slope of the roof they just bent them causing huge creasing and holes thus water seeped in and yeah here we are with tons of damage/thousands of dollars. The new company does NOT warranty Abe's handy work so you're on your own. If this is the craftsmanship handed down to relatives you might want to look at another company. To say I am beyond disbelief is putting this mildly. Sincerely Roy Celaya 09/19/2024

The most recent review for Caprock Air Conditioning & Heating was over 6 years ago…read more This Hobbs, New Mexico-based business provided quick service to my house (actually my brother's) back in October 2022 for our air conditioning unit. I was the adult on the premises to speak with the technician about our issue at the time. The nice young man who worked on the unit inside and out of the house was extremely respectful, knowledgable, and candid with his explanation of the services he performed. At my other brother's house, the furnace started puttering out in mid-February 2023. His wife's cousin and the company he worked for tried some half-effort work, not repairing the issue at all. We suggested Caprock. That issue has been resolved since Caprock's repairs. In both instances a technician was available at each house within a day. Repairs took less than an hour. I've heard no complaints about the costs. Lol. For my own house which should be ready for move-in a couple months from now, I'll have this company on speed dial should any issues arise.

Caprock has done quality HVAC work for us for over 8 years. They are professional and responsive.read more
