So I hired them and they promised a completed job to include debris removal, sealing, ect with the…read moreexception they would have to resize the windows. First issue a job that should have taken one day took them three days. Second resizing the windows makes the product cost about 600. So supplies on the heavy side maybe 800, that's a 600 profit but kept complaining it went way over budget. This could be a day job but took three because the people did not know what they were doing. The windows were not sealed, finished, or debris removal. But still expected full payment without even looking at the work. So if in a pinch and need a cheap half ass fix okay this company will work. But do not believe what is promised. Also what took them three days I could have done in a few hours plus they broke some of my siding. A professional job would have been 400-700 more, which in the long run would have been the better option in my opinion because now I have to go back and redo half their work just to finish functionality. 10/10 do not recommend. My stuff was damaged in the flood and this was a disservice to an already bad situation. You live and learn.

I was the adult on the premises to speak with the technician about our issue at the time. The nice young man who worked on the unit inside and out of the house was extremely respectful, knowledgable, and candid with his explanation of the services he performed. At my other brother's house, the furnace started puttering out in mid-February 2023. His wife's cousin and the company he worked for tried some half-effort work, not repairing the issue at all. We suggested Caprock. That issue has been resolved since Caprock's repairs. In both instances a technician was available at each house within a day. Repairs took less than an hour. I've heard no complaints about the costs. Lol. For my own house which should be ready for move-in a couple months from now, I'll have this company on speed dial should any issues arise.

I have lived in my house for 10 years, and never had the septic pumped (don't be a me, get it done…read moreevery 5 years!). I wasn't even sure where it was! After more than several no call, no shows by other companies, I found Gabe's Septic and Backhoe Services. Gabe and his nephew came out with a trench digger and got to work. We narrowed it down, and it took several holes before he found a drain pipe about 5 1/2-6' down, which led him to my septic tank. It had all been covered by years of blow dirt and was pretty buried. It was a lot of work, and I really appreciate them both. They were very professional, easy to work with, and genuinely nice guys. I highly recommend them and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the services they offer. I wish I had found his company first, it would have saved me 2 months of aggravation. If you're trying to pick a pumper, Gabe is the right man for your job.
