I have residential property and could have gone through the process of renting it out on my own but I didn't really want to deal with the hassle. I decided to call Anna and from the very start of our phone call to the finish, she and her team made the entire process of renting out my property smooth, stress-free, and incredibly efficient. Anna is very responsive, knowledgeable in the latest trends in rentals and marketing, diligent, very professional, and most importantly to me, very kind, honest and trustworthy. I've known Anna for many years and her character and morals have always been filled with great integrity. A special thank you to Anna's amazing team--Jackie and all of the others on her team are truly exceptional to work with! No matter who I spoke with, they knew about my property and were on top of the details. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care. From marketing the property to finding great tenants and keeping me informed every step of the way, I always felt confident that my home was in excellent hands. It's very clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in their results. My property was marketed the same day Anna and I met and rented out in a very short time to responsible, quality tenants who care for my property. If you are looking for a team to manage your rental property, I can confidently say Lone Star is the best choice! I highly recommend Anna, Jackie, and their team to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property management services. I'm so grateful for their help and will absolutely continue working with them in the future!! Why handle all of the stress yourself when you can have a top notch professional team with very reasonable rates take care of it for you? You will not be disappointed entrusting your property to Anna and her team!!

This was my first home buying experience. I cannot believe, within myself, that every home buying…read moreexperience is as bad as the one that I experienced here. After I purchased the home and it was set up it has been nothing but problems. It started out with the toilet not working and the glass vent over the stove being chipped. It was an undetermined amount of time for most of the small issues cosmetic issues to be fixed but the toilet took a week to fix. Then there are the more major issues since I've been in the home for 6 weeks now, such as the nails in the floor coming up through the linoleum rug and most recently since 2 days of rain I finally understand why the lights in the living area never worked. They roof is leaking and blew them out. Now aside from having these problems with a home I just purchased for $80000, it has been as I said 6 weeks and these problems are not fixed yet after repeated attempts speaking with the owner himself and the service department at fiesta homes. I almost forgot to mention that when they wired the trailer in the breaker Box archt because the wiring had been pinched in the Box so wiring has been an issue in this home since the purchase in more than one area. There I more still, but no time or space for it all.

Our house is gorgeous, better than we had imagined at the start. There were so many added details we would have never thought to include that make our home special. Elia was great to talk about design with, she has a great eye for style. Elia and Armando Jr. were great at making sure we had fixtures, brick etc. picked out on time and upfront about any additional costs that might be associated with extra items we added. Since this was our first time building a home we had a lot of questions. Armando was great at explaining the building process and always willing to meet us out there to look through things. We loved that they preferred working with local stores and clearly had a great relationship with those teams. Would highly recommend working with Diamond Homes if you're looking to build here in the Midland area.

Great place to live and rest. Great office manager…read more My previous review was dealing with a LOT of issues. I was able to work with office and resolve differences and tried to revise my review however, it would appear that Yelp did not allow that change to happen. No place is perfect and helps when you communicate. I think it was unfortunate and there was a lot of learning going on and trying to handle Covid nightmares and stress was higher than normal. At the end the office manager assisted me and we had great closing conversations and left feeling Oasis while not perfect, did the best she could and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I have called the office and left a message no response. I have gone by the office on two different occasions only to be told the system is down, or they would check with maintenance. I have sent maintenance a message and asked what the status of the repair is, no response. I have emailed management, no response. The staff in the office thinks it is cute and even funny to put people off. I have never seen such incompetency and laziness in my life, the employees are only here for a paycheck and/or reduced rent. I have lived in many apartments across this country and have worked security for some and I know it does not take two weeks to get a part especially when you have Lowe's and Home Depot less than 5 miles away. I finally had to file a complaint with the corporate office, waiting to see if they will respond.

The property itself appears to be well-maintained, with a friendly and professional office staff as well as prompt maintenance workers. The property also has a nice swimming pool, a small but clean fitness center, and a laundry room. Aviare Place is pet-friendly, and many residents can be seen walking their dogs around the property. Parking can be crowded, especially after normal working hours, but there is always a spot available during my stay. Overall, I felt safe and at home during my residency here. I leased a 1-bedroom with laundry hook-ups and it was spacious for a single person like myself. Some of the amenities include a large walk-in closet, a bathroom area with separate bath and toilet area, a porch with external storage, refrigerator, electric stove, and a full-sized dishwasher. The front area has wooden flooring but the bedroom area has carpeting. The HVAC units are central, and well-maintained with regular filter replacements. My unit did not have a fireplace although some of them do. In sum, I really enjoyed my short stay at Aviare Place and recommend this apartment complex. The property is in a suitable location, safe, well-maintained, have ample amenities, and managed by wonderful office and maintenance staff.
