I moved into this apartment in July and they assured me it had been cleaned. The place smelled like cat pee. I cleaned it myself and took them a Walmart bag FULL of cat litter, I threw at least that much more away. I ended up pulling the carpet in the master closet up and it was COVERED in cat pee. When I went to the office to try and talk to them Melissa the manager assured me the carpet was treated for pet urine. A good manager would check behind their vendors doing the cleaning, it apparent she doesn't. I told her if the carpet had actually been shampooed the cat litter would have been mush from the water. When I rented the apartment I was told it was a gated community. They failed to mention the gates haven't worked in over a year! When I pointed that out They didn't bother to credit my rent for the fact they lied in my lease! Melissa has ZERO personality. She isn't nice or personable and how she got a job in customer service dealing with people totally escapes me! I voiced this to her manager when she called me and she assured me she would talk with her. Then they promoted her. Finally, they have a schister towing service contracted that tows cars illegally and the management makes no effort to assist in correcting even with clear evidence.
