Teresa and her team were an outstanding group to work with during our transaction. There was quite a bit of "shopping" that was done at the beginning of the process. My business partner and I had some very specific requirements and requests for our property, also including very tough schedules to meet on our behalf. Teresa quickly came up with some properties, she had all the background information prepared for each property we shopped, and then some. We were shopping rural properties and required multiple meetings because my partner and I's schedules often didn't allow for us to meet at the properties at the same time. Teresa and her team made every meeting with a smile, a warm greeting, and all the information we'd ask for. Teresa is extremely knowledgeable and worked around the clock on our behalf for what she didn't have the answer to right away. She is a great negotiator and navigator of people.
