Some rides are single and a lot were double tube, which makes it a blast! The sand was pristine, soft and clean! My 6 year old was able to go on all rides except we didn't try the Intimidator & Triple Threat (thrill level 5) BUT the older boys loved it! The life guards were lively and fun-had red white and blue hats and girls had sparkles and festive. Each ride my little one went on, they all would cheer and give high 5's! We stayed on the beach part and rented a Palapa. The Palapa gave shade for the entire family (10). All food and snack places open!!! Pizza, ice cream, dip n dots, tiki bars-yes plural, restaurants. Also, restrooms directly behind the Palapas!!!! Mushroom watering were replaced with cool surfboard cool and rinse stations- If that wasnt enough you can hop right behind the rinse stations to Parakeet Springs, which we did a walk through to MANY time to mini water falls-buckets of water (like the mushrooms), sprinklers and plenty of places to cool of. Lastly they also give teacher, first responder/nurse and military discounts if you mention it when purchasing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!! THANK YOU best time ever!

It feels like they are almost always very dirty, out of soap or toilet paper, and just feel incredibly aged. This is the one thing that keeps this park from being 5 stars. After purchasing our home, we learned that YammyPool had previously serviced the pool. We contacted…read morethem to inspect the system, configure it, and set up remote Wi-Fi controls. Despite multiple calls and emails, they were largely unresponsive. When we finally reached them, they agreed to a monthly maintenance plan. However, beyond superficial cleaning, they failed to resolve major issues. The pool loses water, makes strange noises, and the hot tub empties itself. They sent a cleaner who had no clue how to diagnose or explain the issue. On my second call, a manager named John promised a resolution but only offered vague updates. He also addressed me inappropriately, calling me "brother," then abruptly ended the call. In summary, YammyPool has ignored critical issues, provided no solutions, and continues to charge us while leaving the system malfunctioning. We expect a prompt, professional resolution or we will escalate further.
