You can tell he really cares about creating a great experience for guests. We ordered a little bit of everything: two creative martinis (the Cinnamon Toast Crunch-tini and Jack & Thyme-tini were both hits), plus a mix of apps and sushi. The potstickers, crab rangoon, sesame BBQ boneless ribs, pulled pork bao, and Asian cucumber salad were all packed with flavor. And the Whitney Houston Roll? Chef's kiss. Everything came out fresh and beautifully presented. Loved the atmosphere too--chill but stylish, with great energy.
