We probably had changed our minds more than 10 times in our kitchen design, Bao always greeted us in a very welcoming way and very patient in changing our design whether it is minor little things, or even a total re-draw, or change to a different brand due to cost from a sale event, or just the flexibility in available options that can meet what we want. He will remind us of certain things, or things he doesn't recommend that your contractors will not tell you until it's too late. All items were delivered in promised time frame or earlier. One panel color was off and Bao helps us get extra panels until it matches. I know my contractor also contacted Bao with questions and he is always there to help. We are renovating our entire duplex. Will definitely go back for other needs.

I had a whole house remodel and I worked with Bao on designing both my kitchen and a drop-and-go zone next to the kitchen. After a detailed introduction of all the cabinet brands they offered, I decided on Omega cabinets with a custom color. See photos for almost finished project ( We are still waiting for the microwave oven to show up, but that's another review for the appliance company.) Design service: Bao has a great attention to details and explains how every detail in design affects how we will use the kitchen well. He caught my fridge door open angle issue and we work together to solve it in advance. He is very responsive and always update the design according to our meeting promptly. He is good at communicating with my GC, and making sure everyone is on the same page. Custom color process: this is Omega specific. It went well as long as you have enough time planned out for getting the sample doors made, you can get a very specific color cabinets. Delivery: was on time, actually a bit early, right before Christmas. Corrections/ adjustments: There were some small mistakes with the cabinets delivered but Sincere and Omega worked together to quickly ship me the correct ones. Also, in a project this size, there are going to be small accessories missing. They also ship those fairly fast.

We came here last Thursday to pick up a few small things, and to get new decorations ideas/inspirations as usual. It's great that we could charge our car while shopping as well. We noticed that a few of the things we got 1-1.5 year ago that we wanted to get more, such as picture frames and mirrors, were 15-30% more expensive! Not sure if it's because of inflation or tariffs. Escalators were functional. Everything was well organized, and we're able to find what we're looking for easily. Until next time!

We selected a couch and gleefully waited for it to be delivered. We began assembling it. That's where the excitement ends. Unfortunately, they did not deliver the proper items to us. We were supposed to get 3 boxes. We got 2 correct boxes and the third box was a CEILING LAMP instead of the sofa covers. We wound up with a naked couch that looks HORRIBLE. Within an hour we notified the truck delivery driver that we had received a random lamp. They asked us to send a photo. We did. Within another hour we notified them we were actually missing a box and did not receive our complete order. They stopped responding. We then called IKEA customer service, and they said the truck route was set and they would likely not be able to return. Customer service promised to make it right and FedEx the couch covers to us within 5 days. Today was day 5, and it did not arrive. Called customer service again. Spent another 30 minutes on the phone to discover that the resolution was not properly filed, leading to the delay, and now the item is scheduled to arrive in another 5 days. Two weekends with a couch we can't use! I attempted to pivot and said: Can we just get a refund? (At least then we could end this nightmare.) They said sure, and we could schedule a pick up. But *we* would have to disassemble it! We already put hours into assembling it (which took sweat, muscles, and 3 people!) and now we have to take it apart? I asked how we could make this right or if I could speak with a supervisor. They said no supervisor was available at the "call center." (Impatiently waiting for a call back.) But that's when things got weird. At the end of the call the customer service rep asked if we were satisfied with her response. I explained that while not her fault, no, we were not satisfied. She then began to explain how important a positive review of the call was, how negatively not having one would affect her. She sounded frightened and on the edge of tears. She did not want to hang up until we agreed to reconsider her review because it would be so detrimental to her. What is IKEA doing to its own people??? No couch. No resolution. No IKEA is the lesson. Also, I would not want to contribute to someone losing their job or being tortured. I just want to buy a couch and actually receive it in the time that was promised. IKEA claims that it aims "to create a better everyday life for the many people." It has failed. Failed the customer, and possibly worse yet failed the very people it employs. Save yourself. Do not purchase furniture from IKEA.

Last year we bought hardwood floor from them for our Kitchen--A couple of weeks ago an Appliance Repair Guy scratched our floor and I wanted to see if we could repair the floor instead of changing the whole thing--I called Carlos there and he was very nice and said our floor was discontinued but he had a couple of boxes that we could come get them--He said that since our floor was a year old the boards might not match if that was the case he would return them for us--We went to the store and they loaded the boxes in my car. The boxes were very old and not in good shape and were slightly opened on the ends of the boxes--We unloaded them and waited for the contractor--When the contractor arrived of course he pulled one board out of each box to make sure there were no stains on the Maple Wood--Once they pulled these couple boards out it was discovered that they were severely damaged and the color of these the boards in these boxes were different than what I have on my floor--I immediately texted Carlos and he texted me to bring the 2 boxes back for a full refund--I still have the text message on my phone---He was very nice and said no problem. When I arrived at the store, the employee at the Counter was extremely rude and immediately started talking down to me as if I was a student in her classroom--I nicely explained the issue and showed her the text message from Carlos and she started talking to me down again and said well I am not taking them back! I was flabbergasted! I have never seen any retailer act like this! Home Depot, Lowe's, etc would never act like this--She brought our her Manager Quinn and she told him to back her up even though she was wrong and of course, that is exactly what he did---They made no attempt to resolve this or make me feel good as a customer who put my trust in them as a customer---Didn't even offer a store credit--Just kept lecturing me how he would lose money!!! Especially after I had spent thousands of dollars with them last year! On top of it! They kept the Merchandise and made no attempt to give it back to us before we left the store!! Now, it will have to go to the Credit Card as a dispute but can you guys believe all this for a lousy $300?? How petty they were/are! I will never go back to these guys and I wanted to give all of you a heads-up!
