We even receive updates on the status of the cleaning! Ramon and his team have been such an amazing team to work with! The work they do is superb and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. There have been times when we needed last minute cleaning services and his team always pulls through no matter the situation! This cleaning company is very dependable and they do the best work in the San Jose area! We've had so many great compliments from clients. This company is a one-stop-shop too: house cleaning, carpet cleaning, hauling and handy jobs, they offer all these and works very hard at a very reasonable price. Furthermore, all our specified notes were addressed - and we only mentioned them once. This shows us how thorough the work orders are processed or sent out to the crew. So thank you for following instructions and assuring our team that we are in good hands. Our clients' expectations are exceeded. We recommend AnR Maintenance Solutions to all our associates and partners and we will definitely be using them long-term.

Steve answered his email promptly, asked to see what hubby had created so far and what he sees for the future. After giving a very reasonably estimate for the job, he made the changes and the website was ready to go up... but we needed to come up with more content... so after about another couple of months we finally passed all the info on to Steve and blam he got it done for us within a day, wow... even less then a day. So now he is actually hosting the site because we are tired of the Yahoo crap and this way when we are ready to make changes, all we have to do is let Steve know and he works his magic. Very reliable, fast response, great suggestions... overall a satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Laser Alliance. Alan helped me with two custom acrylic projects (a wall mount…read moresign and a laser engraved memorial sign), and both far exceeded my expectations. With both projects, I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't sure the best way to accomplish it. Alan was patient and talked me through options. He also showed me examples so I could visualize how the concepts could work with my project. In the end, Alan's experience and recommendations made the final products better than I could have ever expected. What I appreciated the most was that Alan didn't treat me like any other customer. He was genuinely engaged in both of my projects and was excited as me about them. One project included a laser engraving from a photo. The photo was complex and Alan spent extra time working with the photo in several programs to ensure the laser was able to translate the detail from the photo. I absolutely will return to Alan for future projects.

We had another company who initially had a off the shelf software with some custom development and it was a mess. We sought them with some incomplete developments from the previous vendor and they were very detailed from the start in terms of providing hardware options both for offsite setup as well as cloud setup. The solutions were also very competitive. Wish we went with them before and saved time, effort and money. We had two parallel custom development projects and they were great on both estimating and timely delivery. We mentioned that we cannot have a bigger team with Project Mgr , Analyst, Architect, Lead and multiple developers , so they had a tailored solution with just 2-3 resources with full/part-time options to work on the project. They had clear Implementation documents, work flow, Project Plan and prompt on deliveries. They also gave us multiple cloud vendor options for us to compare. They didn't charge us much for the mobile implementation. All in all glad we picked them.

For over six years, we relied on Silicon Valley Direct for warehousing and fulfillment of our tech…read moreaccessories business. (We've since closed the business--otherwise, we'd still be working with them.) We shipped both direct-to-consumer through our Shopify site and to wholesale accounts, and orders were consistently shipped promptly and accurately. In all that time, I can't recall a single instance of a customer receiving the wrong item. Our inventory was consistently clean, well-organized, and fully accounted for--never dusty, messy, or missing. The team is excellent: Adriana, our day-to-day contact, was always responsive and helpful, and George, the owner, is ethical, professional, and a genuinely stand-up guy. I recommend Silicon Valley Direct wholeheartedly.

SVD has been a godsend after a challenging and short lived experience with our first 3PL. The sense of security I got from the moment the owner of SVD, George, emailed me back after inquiring about his services has only grown in the few short weeks we've worked together. We were in a bind and needed to set up our account very quickly and George led us with so much care and understanding. From the moment our goods arrived to our first sale being processed only a few days passed. Within a week of partnering we had an extremely viral moment happen with our brand and sales skyrocketed on a Friday and into the weekend. By Monday, George and his team had fulfilled every order. I cannot praise the team, their organization, and their communication enough, as well as George's willingness to strategize and work with us to maximize efficiency. The SVD warehouse is beautiful, clean and organized and the vibes from the team are positive and focused. You can feel the great pride George takes in his operation, and he graciously encourages his prospective clients to tour his facility before signing on, just another vote of confidence. I don't know where we would be without George and the SVD team. We are so grateful to be working together for what already feels like what will become a long and productive relationship.
