He will remind us of certain things, or things he doesn't recommend that your contractors will not tell you until it's too late. All items were delivered in promised time frame or earlier. One panel color was off and Bao helps us get extra panels until it matches. I know my contractor also contacted Bao with questions and he is always there to help. We are renovating our entire duplex. I'm not even a customer and had a great experience with Sincere Home Decor that compels me to leave them a review. Hansgrohe support was unforunately not very helpful when I called them with a faucet issue I was experiencing. They could not provide a replacement part nor would they sell me one even though I was the original purchaser. Unfortunately, the original company we purchased our fixtures from was no longer in business. Anna kindly took my call, patiently listened to my problem, and provided me guidance on how to get help from Hansgrohe. She even offered to have me call back again in case I couldn't get the help I needed. I highly recommended Sincere Home Decor's kitchen cabinet design services, especially working with Bao Duong at their Santa Clara office. I had a whole house remodel and I worked with Bao on designing both my kitchen and a drop-and-go zone next to the kitchen. After a detailed introduction of all the cabinet brands they offered, I decided on Omega cabinets with a custom color. See photos for almost finished project ( We are still waiting for the microwave oven to show up, but that's another review for the appliance company.) Design service: Bao has a great attention to details and explains how every detail in design affects how we will use the kitchen well. He caught my fridge door open angle issue and we work together to solve it in advance. He is very responsive and always update the design according to our meeting promptly. He is good at communicating with my GC, and making sure everyone is on the same page. Custom color process: this is Omega specific. It went well as long as you have enough time planned out for getting the sample doors made, you can get a very specific color cabinets. Delivery: was on time, actually a bit early, right before Christmas. Corrections/ adjustments: There were some small mistakes with the cabinets delivered but Sincere and Omega worked together to quickly ship me the correct ones. We purchased Omega kitchen cabinets from Sincere for our kitchen remodel and their price is very competitive. We've compared with a few stores and ultimately went with Sincere for their price and customer service. Bao Duong is our main contact at Sincere and he's the best - we can't recommend him enough! He's knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and not pushy. He always responds promptly whenever we email or call. We first came to the store to look at the showroom and Bao happened to be the person that asked if we need any help. I already had a layout in mind so it's great that I could just send him my ideas and preferences via email. Bao quickly followed up with the full design and quote within the same day. We revised and eventually finalized the design over the next few weeks both via email and in-person (we were not in a rush and I wanted some time to make sure I don't have any other changes before we finalize the order). I had a fantastic experience working with Thinh to design and purchase cabinets for my whole house remodel. Thinh helped me with many parts of my house, including my kitchen, bathroom vanities, dining room built-ins, and family room bookcases. Over months, Thinh worked patiently to get all the details right. For example, he added baseboards around the bottom of my island so that the wood is flush all the way to the floor. He also added overlay panels to create flush cabinet faces. These details are what make our house look fancy and Thinh was the expert who got us there. He patiently went over all the decisions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that we got all the available discounts. This is the second time we worked with Mashal Chan at Sincere Home Decor, a very thorough, thoughtful, and experienced designer with good taste. Attached is a photo of our kitchen done in 2023. Notice the drop down beam spanning across the kitchen, and how the cabinets above the fridge fits just right. The beam has thickness; and to leave no awkward vertical cavity below the beam, the better design was to use a shorter cabinet there and leave space above the cabinet above the fridge as extra large molding instead. This isn't coincidence. This was careful calculation done by Mashal to make sure everything fits and looks beautiful. Mashal would meet with us many times to go over the design. Ask us to provide more accurate dimensions, and then update the drawings; sometimes produce multiple drawings to do side-by-side comparisons ... We would go over hardware items in the store, under different light, try closely related color, put them next to the cabinet sample, etc etc ... The level of service here is insane. All with patience and professionalism. That includes when my wife and I are on a bad day and get into big arguments right in the store. Mashal stayed out of our couple arguments and continued to provide cool and professional advice, with a good vibe. Quality of the cabinets are also great. Based on my extended and positive interaction with Sincere Home Decor over the course of 9 months in 2024, I can wholeheartedly recommend their service without hesitation. My wife and I took the plunge last December on a major home renovation, which included a complete kitchen teardown and rebuild. We interviewed numerous cabinet designers/retailers but could not find one with the right combination of products, expertise, service, track record, and pricing. Eventually, our general contractor suggested Sincere based on his prior experience with them. Kathy Cox, a designer at Sincere, did an outstanding job throughout the entire design process. My wife and I renovated our bathroom and bought two Signature Special Burlingame Blue vanity bases, a vanity base drawer, and two linen towers (see images below). We also bought wall fillers, base filler, toe kick and scribe molding. PROS We visited other kitchen and bath stores that sold the same products at similar prices, but we chose Sincere Home Decor (SHD), because its customer service was the best. Kathy Cox was very attentive to us, gave us her undivided attention for over an hour, and patiently answered all of our questions. She also produced not only a quote, but also 3D and 2D drawings of how our cabinetry would look in our bathroom. No other store offered to do that. CONS They sell countertops but only out of their Oakland store. (Living in Santa Clara, we shopped at their Santa Clara store.) To buy a countertop, we would have to pick it up from Oakland. They would not deliver it nor offer cutting services for their countertops. SHD only sells ceramic sinks, no porcelain ones. As you can see from the images below, the shelves do not fit quite right in one linen tower. When I showed Kathy and asked how to solve it, she was baffled and offered to send us more shelves, which would not solve the problem. Our contractor (not employed by SHD) simply pounded the shelves down into place using his bare fists. It is a tight fit. It may be a simple short-term solution, but I wonder if the side paneling is under added stress such that the linen tower will break apart over time. Kathy says the cabinet should still be structurally sound, possibly even more sturdy with the added pressure at intervals inside the cabinet. She reminded me of their one-year warranty. If it breaks, they will fix. RECOMMENDATIONS SHD has a big showroom and good customer service. If you are new to kitchen and bath renovations, go here to get ideas and your questions answered. Their products are good. However, we suggest not buying everything you need here. Shop around for other components. read more

Thinh was our go to person and he was very responsive and super helpful. The cabinets were delivered just as expected for timing and quality. We needed more pieces and Thinh was great getting us the extra trim. We love our cabinets and the quality has held for these five years. On top of that experience, we just ordered a Fluerco medicine cabinet from them this Fall for our bathroom remodel. The price was comparable to other places I looked up, and on top of that we got excellent customer service again from Thinh. The cabinet was delivered earlier than I expected and in pristine condition. We lost the shelf pegs during the bathroom remodel. Completely our fault, but Thinh contacted Fluerco, and got us pegs for the shelves shipped to our home. I wish I could give this company and Thinh more stars. Bao was assigned as our designer and he not only showed us all the options available, but also guided us on what would be ideal for our lifestyle. And he showed us samples in the showroom that could help us visualize what the end product would look like. His advice helped steered us to a decision that we have been happy with. During the design process, even when we did not have the exact measurements for a specific corner or wall, he was able to use the architectural drawings to approximate and his estimates were always on point. He was like a Jedi with the design software, and very helpful. Additionally during the delivery there was an issue with a cabinet that had broken in transit and Bao worked directly with our contractor to get that issue fixed, without us having to chase anyone around. If Yelp was ever to update their rating system to a seven star scale, thats what I would give to Sincere and to Bao! For now, Five Stars will need to suffice. read more

It was the 2nd time that we worked with Bao on a kitchen project. His professional skills on design and the design tool may be a given to many people. Till today, l am still very amazed by how fast he could quickly solve all problems and finalize design layout in a few minutes. Bao also has superb memory and been quick at all questions. He does not reply to your emails in a minute. He replies to you in seconds, when he is not in an appointment, even with which does not take him over an hour to get back to you. I guess I'm the 150th reviewer to say that Bao is the best of the best! SHD was referred by a colleague, and I emailed him a traditional/ transitional floorplan that my kitchen layout designer drafted. He helped to refine and modernize the design by removing the diagonal cabinets, separating the "wall" of cabinets into uppers and lowers to create openness and more visual space. I had a few complexities that he worked around (giant bay window, chimney vent hood next to vaulted ceiling beam, minimum 40" distance between the corner of the island and the wall. Bao was extremely thoughtful and detail oriented about the cabinet design by planning extra space for the fridge door to open, and logical direction of cabinet door openings. The designer and sales associate Mashal is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped me pick up the right cabinet size to fit my appliances. I changed the design several times, even after the full payment, because I realized that part of my kitchen ceiling has a soffit. Mashal showed me several solutions before I asked him to submit the design to the manufacturer. The delivery team was punctual. I got a 4 hour window notification the day before.
