Second, it took over a week just to a reply from the guy. Third, when he did reply, he just declined to work on "this vehicle" - no explanation or reason, no price quote, nothing. Just a straight decline to even try despite having an online reputation of being able to work magic on "almost any" hybrid vehicle.
