Whatever, needed it out of my parking lot. Tow truck shows up the next day at the scheduled time and the driver offers me $100. When I pushed back, he just sort of shrugged at me and didn't budge on the $100 price. Ultimately, I was on a tight timeframe so I took the $100. The staff are easy to work with and they are quick but between the low initial quote and then the subsequent lowball, I will never do business with them again. There are MUCH better options in Madison. It must be true because there couldn't be a worse one.
