Since then, we have taken multiple vehicles in, for everything from basic oil changes to suspension replacements. An anecdote: there was one time one of my control arms broke while driving and I had my car towed there. They looked into the issue, and Chris called me to let me know that Nissan would probably cover this under warranty, because there had been what was almost a recall, but you had to actually experience the problem first (they wouldn't replace them preventively). I didn't know about this, and they could have just diagnosed the issue and done the repair themselves, and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they saved me hundreds of dollars. Their work has always been reasonably priced and completed to our satisfaction. I'm glad that Aaron, who had been operating as the main mechanic as it was, purchased the business and is continuing on as Syverson Automotive. I also really like the small shop feel -- if there's a question on the work done or recommended to be done, he's right there and you can actually talk to him. The only negative: it can take a bit to get in sometimes, so give them a call a couple weeks before you might want to be scheduled, if you can.

When we dropped the car off and picked it up it was at our convenience. When the repairs were complete, minus a pair of nameplates that were on back order, Tim had us pick up the car and we returned later in the week for a few minutes to have the badges installed...we were very excited to return the rental and get our new car back, and the Lynch Auto team made sure it was in a timely manner. The repairs were of the highest quality, our Jetta looks fresh off the factory floor. It's also great that they are a locally owned, family business. Do you really think they are going to continue to pay for my rental knowing my car is complete? Not once did I deny to pay my bill, which was only my deductible, mind you. You stated you couldn't waive the deductible because that's illegal. I never asked you to waive it. Also, where did you get the information that I had auto body work done and didn't return to that shop? Because that is also false. This is my first claim. I've had the same insurance company since 2012. Should I contact my insurance company and get my claim information/history? And you saying I tried to take advantage of a small business? Far from, again, I chose your business because of the number of years you have been in service. I chose to shop local and support a small business.     I would like to give everybody here a warning about dealing with Gesells Automotive…read more My parents brought a 2006 Buick Lucerne into them for a small antifreeze leak and a power steering leak... This turned into a 4,800 bill. They ended up tearing the engine apart finding it needed timing chains and a bunch of other things. They put the engine back together set the timing wrong, and then tried to blame it on a "sensor that was too sensitive" And it was perfectly fine and not to worry about it I called them out on this they took the vehicle back and then had it for 4 months... 6 months total it took them to finally get the vehicle working. They then tried to blame a gear on the camshaft, It was fine It was eventually taken to a GM dealer which they paid for after threatening them with legal action they set the time incorrectly My mom finally gets her car back, The suspension light is on they broke off the suspension sensors when they lifted it up... Under no circumstances should you deal with them, they are completely 100% incompetent, The owner doesn't give a shit he had my parents vehicle for 6 months and kept on making excuses until legal action was threatened. As of right now it's still not right it needs an alignment and The broken suspension sensors replaced. The fact he let the car go like this shows he doesn't care. Do not use them You will regret it

    I want to give a shout out to Gesell's Automotive Service for taking the extra step with my car!…read more If it wasn't for the crew at Gesell's Auto who knows where I would be. I took my car into them because my check engine light was on and my backyard mechanic couldn't figure it out! That was nothing major, it was my gas cap, but doing a few of their simple double checks before they release your car back to you, the crew found a major problem with my gas sensor. They fixed that along with a few loose nuts or bolts ( I'm not sure which) what I do know is I had someone force me off the road the other day and if it wasn't for them taking the time to check my car over, I don't think Dee and I would be here today! Your knowledge and care saved my life! You guys ROCK Thank you !!!
