Their reputation is very important to them and they aren't the type of business that will try to have you break the bank on unnecessary repairs. Their full inspection diagnosis charge is right around $80 bucks. This is recommended before you make any rash decisions on repairs that aren't an immediate cause for concern. They have Covid measures in place to ensure you are kept safe. One of my favorites is the contact less car pickup -- they pick up your car, check it out and then send you pics of anything that raised any flags, share their advice and thoughts via text. You can certainly call for further clarification which they are more than happy to give. All in all, these folks are wonderful and do care about their customers. Will be using them in the future. First of all, someone actually answered the phone! I made 8 calls to find someone who answered. I should have called them first. The guy (I was so flustered I didn't even get his name) was very nice and polite on the phone. He was out to me very quickly. He worked fast and accurately. He was a super nice person - genuinely friendly. He was a little rushed as he had got called to an accident after me. But he still took the time to put air in my spare (as I had over 80 miles to get home) and to double check all the nuts were well fastened. While you never want to need road side assistance, if you are in the area, you can not go wrong with i90 Enterprises!!

Placed a call to Lodi Shell not expecting an answer but was incredibly surprised by the positive tone and urgency that Bryan responded. He was incredibly quick, took less than 20 minutes just as he provided as an ETA. He quickly used the battery pack to start car. After hearing we had over 100 miles to our next destination, he said he would be hesitant to drive that far due to possible damage to alternator. He said he would be happy to check if they had the correct battery. We followed him back to the shop in Lodi, he quickly found the correct battery and changed 100 times faster than I could have done it. Not only was Bryan an incredibly nice guy, he also talked about how he really liked working for the owner (don't hear that much nowadays) and the generous support the owner provided to the community. 100% recommend Lodi Shell! Whatever, needed it out of my parking lot. Tow truck shows up the next day at the scheduled time and the driver offers me $100. When I pushed back, he just sort of shrugged at me and didn't budge on the $100 price. Ultimately, I was on a tight timeframe so I took the $100. The staff are easy to work with and they are quick but between the low initial quote and then the subsequent lowball, I will never do business with them again. There are MUCH better options in Madison. It must be true because there couldn't be a worse one.
