He gave me no time frame as to when it would be done. Tried to call Friday, only to find their closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Stopped in early Monday morning, he gave me some lame excuse, and said tomorrow. Long story short, when I went to pick it up, he wasn't man enough to talk to me, and it was more than his worst case scenario. $705. I'm 64 and not my first rodeo, but this place is the worst! I then get the Bill and it had a charge for Parts. I called and asked what parts and they said oh no parts we had to use break free fluids. I have owned a lot of cars and have had more then one or two Alignments in my time never have been charged for a few squirts of Fluids. On top of that I had just installed new Struts (Reason I needed Alignment) so not like they needed something to break them free that soon after.

This turned into a 4,800 bill. They ended up tearing the engine apart finding it needed timing chains and a bunch of other things. They put the engine back together set the timing wrong, and then tried to blame it on a "sensor that was too sensitive" And it was perfectly fine and not to worry about it I called them out on this they took the vehicle back and then had it for 4 months... 6 months total it took them to finally get the vehicle working. They then tried to blame a gear on the camshaft, It was fine It was eventually taken to a GM dealer which they paid for after threatening them with legal action they set the time incorrectly My mom finally gets her car back, The suspension light is on they broke off the suspension sensors when they lifted it up... Under no circumstances should you deal with them, they are completely 100% incompetent, The owner doesn't give a shit he had my parents vehicle for 6 months and kept on making excuses until legal action was threatened. As of right now it's still not right it needs an alignment and The broken suspension sensors replaced. The fact he let the car go like this shows he doesn't care. Do not use them You will regret it

I took my car into them because my check engine light was on and my backyard mechanic couldn't figure it out! That was nothing major, it was my gas cap, but doing a few of their simple double checks before they release your car back to you, the crew found a major problem with my gas sensor. They fixed that along with a few loose nuts or bolts ( I'm not sure which) what I do know is I had someone force me off the road the other day and if it wasn't for them taking the time to check my car over, I don't think Dee and I would be here today! I was curious as another dealer had the same exact car with 6915 more miles on it and $3200 less expensive. I waited over an hour and didn't hear back, I called and spoke with Dave. I told him I was interested in the car and that another dealer had the same car at a lower price but with higher miles. (For transparency/ I provided the name of the other dealership so he could verify, we were comparing apples to apples) I was interested in the "Get Today's Price" and he told me he was busy but would call me back. I waited again for over an hour for a call that never came. Out of stubbornness and curiosity I decided to call back. All I wanted was the "Today's Price" that I submitted for and never received. Instead I received a condescending lecture on it must have been a while since you purchased a car, how their car comes with a warranty, has 10,000 (*6915) mile less than the other car and the price on the website was the price. Along with a convoluted yarn about if I bought the car from them and it broke in half, it would be covered under warranty. This is the strangest car buying or attempted car buying experience I've ever had. Now I'm beginning to understand his statement of it must have been a while since you bought a car. It must be an effective sales technique not to provide information to an inquiry for "Today's Price", not to return a call and when a prospective customer calls back to be insulting. I phoned the dealership and spoke with Andy who is one of the owners. He listened to my concerns. He did say they would be making changes to the "Today's Price" link. Unfortunately there was not a deal to be made today. The review was raised to two stars because Andy was willing to have a conversation.

I had the details from Dave the sales representative in a text in regard to the purchase and trade. Once I arrived the dealership nothing was correct for what was stated. John and Andy the owners of dealership said we made a mistake after hours being at dealership. I walked away when they miscalculated the sales tax of 2100.00. They wanted to only give me 4000 when the sales tax on a 100,000 vehicle is 6200.00. They wanted to continue with the purchase while I am out money because the dealership does not know how to calculate sales text on a purchase. Besides that the dealership has the worst customer service experience. This is not my first rodeo. I also had a scheduled appointment and the dealership was not prepared when I arrived which is the least concern from this ordeal. Time is precious and can not be given back. There are way too many other dealerships with outstanding customer service. So think before heading to a mediocre dealership
