Al explained everything in detail prior to installation and left no questions unanswered. We wound up getting a prefilter and two softener units that require no electricity and provide a constant supply of soft water to my house. When one regenerates, the other one goes on line automatically. With a single unit, whenever it regenerates it is bypassed and your feeding hard water back into the house. On installation day, Chris Rubalcaba showed up on time and got right to work. He was very meticulous in his work and in the end, we had a well designed system with a very neat and orderly piping system. He installed the RO unit under the kitchen sink and ran a line to feed the refrigerator ice maker as well. When he was done, holes were patched and jobsite was cleaned up. We decided to use Potassium Chloride instead of Sodium Chloride, but we were told that if we wanted to switch to sodium in the future, it could be done. Their system was competitively priced, and for the price we paid, I feel we got a very good system and one that will last for a long time. I highly recommend AAA as well as the system that doesn't require electricity.

All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Based on the up front experiences and process so far we would recommend this company to others for consideration. All said

Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. What followed has been nothing short of a disaster. Your technician removed the system and negligently left an exposed copper pipe leaking inside the cabinet in our garage. This pipe should have been properly soldered shut. It was not. As a result, water is now leaking into the cabinet--creating the risk of water damage and mold. This is not a minor oversight. This is basic plumbing protocol that your technician failed to follow. We have made multiple attempts to get Culligan to correct this issue. You've refused. Your team has ignored requests to send someone out to fix what is clearly your responsibility. And to make matters worse, your front desk representative, Gina, has been completely unhelpful and, frankly, rude. Her tone, dismissiveness, and inability to escalate the issue properly are unacceptable and completely unprofessional. We never asked for Culligan's services. We certainly did not expect to be left with active water damage risks due to your technician's failure to complete the job correctly. Repeated attempts to contact a manager or the owner have been ignored. No calls have been returned. This situation is unacceptable. Culligan caused this problem. Culligan needs to fix it--immediately. If we do not receive a resolution or a confirmed service appointment within 48 hours, we will pursue further action, including filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, our local licensing board, and consumer protection agencies. We will also share our experience publicly to warn others of this appalling service. Do better.
