Very happy we reached out to Waterheaters Plus. We had to move our gas pipe in the attic in order to install solartubes. Waterheaters Plus responded to us almost right away while a few others never even got back. We sent Dale a photo of the attic and he was able to quote us with a reasonable price. They were able to visit in just 2 days, which was the fastest plumber appointment I was able to make, ever. Turns out our attic space was pretty tight, but Dale and Carlos both worked through it and still honored the initial quote. Not to mention the great work they did. I contacted Plumber Dale the 28th of October regarding replacement of my old tank waterheater with a tankless waterheater. This company was referred to us by another local plumber. I called Dale to help repair a broken/displaced sewer pipe that became detached from the septic tank connection. Dale gave me an Estimate based on pictures I sent, over the phone. Carlos shows up 2 days later and re-estimates it up close. Dale tells me this is what it will REALLY cost..."we will need to replace the ABS pipe" Carlos shows up 30 min later with parts He goes straight to the job, on an embankment, in the mud, in a drizzly Thursday afternoon. We had a bathroom faucet that hasn't worked properly in 10 years and I was done with it. We purchased new hardware and realized the valves, etc. would have to be newly installed also. This was going to require going through the wall on the back side of the bathroom because the faucet and handles were wall mounted and sitting on top of a floor-to-sink custom mirror. This was going to require multiple hours of labor + repair of the drywall and painting after the job was completed. Enter Carlos. He figured out the problem with the existing faucet and amazingly managed to make it work perfectly! This not only saved us a lot of money but also grief with the concern over cracking the mirror as new hardware was installed. Dale Anderson and Carlos are very experienced, so when they see an issue, they don't take short cuts to speed up the project completion or reduce the costs. I was referred to them by another plumber who focusses on the standard house maintenance calls ( clogged drains, etc). I hired them to do rough cut out plumbing work on a master bathroom suite remodel. This was a fairly large project that included: - relocating the toilet - repiping the shower - relocating the tub drain and water supply - relocating twin sinks (drain & water) - rerouting drain fume exhaust pipes They worked full days and were focussed on the project only and completed the 1st phase in the time frame promised. Then, after probably 5 months, after my wife and I completed all the finish/tile/flooring, they returned to install the toilet, sink, tub and shower hardware. This the second project that we have done with Dale and Carlos. I thought I had written a review here.....but it ust have been Google. First and foremost, it is so hard to find an HONEST and professional contractor these days. Let me start with the first project That Dale and Carlos did for our family: Hot water heater and home regulator replacement - Dale was so very helpful in diagnosing the problem with our plumbing.....taking multiple calls from me and texts as well to help me dial back the regulator to prevent damage to my plumbing and potential flooding. This is the type of personal service that is so very hard to find. They replaced my hot with the same brand that was original, updated the plumbing to meet new code requirements and also replaced the house pressure regulator which was bad. Dale and Carlos were both very professional, the work was top notch....and they left the job very clean. The price was also very fair for the quality work they did. I was pleased that had found a plumber I could trust. :) Second Project - Due to the high level of professionalism and service Dale and Carlos did the first time, I asked Dale to quote me on a filter installation for hard water. His price was fair and I ordered the filter I wanted to install. It took a little bit of time to get our schedules matched, but Dale was able to squeeze me in, even though he was very busy. Carlos came alone this time and installed the filter I had bought. He did an outstanding job and installed the new filter in an easy to access location. the install looks great and is top notch. He also fixed a shower tub diverter valve while he was here. Dale honored the quote he had given me originally for the project, which again proved to me how professional and upstanding Hot Water Heaters Plus is. I have attached images of the new hot water heater and the filter that Dale and Carlos installed. All I can say is that I am very glad I have found a reliable plumber. I was on my way to early church when my water heater failed. I could not find a propane fired water heater locally and I really did not want to lift this myself. I called Dale early on Sunday morning (really too early and I apologize!). He very politely answered the phone, answered my questions and arranged to install a new water heater for me that afternoon. So here are my comments/ratings: Professionalism: Dale was extremely professional. Even early on a Sunday. Workmanship: Perfect. People usually say "worth every penny" when they want to exaggerate how good something was. Let me begin by saying this cant begin to explain the customer service I received from Dale. I was in a real bind when our water heater exploded all over our garage like the fourth of july.
