I requested a quote to install a tankless water heater we had purchased from Home Depot to replace a tank water heater. A tech named Nick called me the same day as the request and gave by far the best pricing for the job (I obtained two other quotes). Nick had excellent communication and was able to describe the venting he would use so that I could create a diagram to use when I obtained the installation permit. He confirmed the day before that he would be out the following day and let me know when he was about 20 minutes from arrival. He showed up on time and the final price was within the range he had originally quoted. His workmanship was very neat and he cleaned up after the job was done. He even volunteered to be present when the permit inspection took place if needed (the work passed so he didn't need to come back). I highly recommend this firm and Nick in particular. Patrick deserves nothing less than 5 stars. He listened to every single problem I was having and explained he would be able to take care of it all without any problems. He was actually on another job while I explained the issues I was experiencing. I thought that was great he was able to multitask like that. I am super pleased with my experience at Mr. Water Heater. This is my first time needing a repair and I was not sure where to start since I moved here about a year ago. I called and received great customer service from the beginning. I was able to get an appointment later in the week and one of the plumbers Mike was sent to my house.
