Jacob arrive right when he said he would and got straight to work. He found several issues that were causing a few problems. He explained to me what they were and told me what it would cost to repair the unit. He was straigtforward and fast. The furnace had a problem about a month later and he tried to help me out over the phone however we couldn't keep it running. He offerred to come and see what the problem was. He came within 2 hours and he found the issue was a vent on the new roof that had been slightly damaged by the roofers, therby not allowing a direct upward flow of exhaust air. He quickly fixed this and restet the gas pressure and rechecked the furnace. He did a great job and I would definitely refer Jacob to anyone!
