I had an amazing experience with this company and couldn't be happier with the service I received…read more I originally reached out because I've been dealing with rashes all over my body that only seemed to happen when I was at home. I suspected the air vents might be contributing to the problem. Fidel took the time to thoroughly explain how cleaning only one section of the HVAC system wouldn't actually solve the issue because the dust and debris would simply be pushed into other parts of the system. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honest, and his explanation made perfect sense. Fidel and Licho were both professional, respectful, punctual, and extremely thorough. They took great care in cleaning the areas that needed attention, especially the room that had been affecting me the most. They even showed me the condition of the vents, which confirmed what I had suspected all along. Their attention to detail, transparency, and genuine care for doing the job right really stood out. They left everything clean and treated my home with respect throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality air duct cleaning services. Thank you to Juan, Fidel, and Licho for the outstanding work! I will definitely be contacting them again to clean the rest of my house.

When my old system broke, James and his team came out right away, walked me through the different options, and took the time to make sure I was choosing the right system for my home and my family. I received a competitively priced estimate from 1st Choice for a 5-ton Lennox heat-pump system…read more However, I decided not to proceed because the company refused to revise its initial estimate to include several important details and stated that the estimate would serve as the final contract. The proposal specified a variable-capacity heat pump even though we had discussed a two-stage system, but it did not clearly confirm how the equipment would operate with my existing zone control board. It also did not include the AHRI Reference Number needed to verify the exact system's certified efficiency, nor the requested surge protection. For a major HVAC installation, important equipment specifications and agreed-upon work should be clearly included in the written contract. Although the price was competitive, their unwillingness to revise the initial estimate left too much uncertainty for me to proceed.
