I called five days in advance to schedule a technician to come to my home and provide an estimate for either repairing or replacing my air-conditioning unit. On the day of the appointment, I was given a service window between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM had already passed, I received a text saying the technician was running late and would probably arrive around 1:00 PM. Then, at approximately 12:45 PM, I received a call from the company. The representative told me they were running behind and that the technician might arrive sometime after 1:00 PM, but there was still no guarantee. At that point, I was extremely disappointed. I had already waited five days for the appointment, then spent the entire morning waiting during the original four-hour window, followed by another two hours of delays, and they still could not give me a definite arrival time. I explained to the representative that the company should have contacted me around 9:00 or 10:00 AM if they already knew they were running significantly behind. At least then I could have made the decision to reschedule and not lose half of my day. Asking me to reschedule after I had already spent almost five hours waiting was not a reasonable solution. I told her that if the technician could not arrive by 1:00 PM, I would cancel the appointment and find another company--one that respected my time as a customer as much as they expect customers to respect theirs. Her response shocked me. She simply said, "That's fine, sir. You can cancel," and then hung up on me. About 20 minutes later, I received another call from someone else at the company, supposedly to apologize and see whether anything could be done. By then it was already after 1:00 PM, close to 1:30 PM, and I had already contacted another company. Unfortunately, the second conversation made the situation even worse. Instead of simply listening to my experience and apologizing, the representative told me she was going to listen to the recorded conversation because there "must have been something" said during the call. To me, that immediately felt as though my account of what happened was being questioned instead of taken seriously. I told her that if she did not trust what I was telling her, she should listen to the recorded call first and then contact me. Calling a disappointed customer supposedly to apologize while simultaneously questioning his version of events completely defeats the purpose of the call. The original scheduling delay was frustrating, but delays can happen in any service business. What ultimately caused Triton Air & Plumbing to lose my business was how the situation was handled afterward. Customer service is not only about showing up when everything goes according to plan. It is about communication, accountability, professionalism, and how you treat customers when something goes wrong. If you value your time and expect clear communication and professional customer service from the companies you hire, my experience with Triton Air & Plumbing would make me strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

When my old system broke, James and his team came out right away, walked me through the different options, and took the time to make sure I was choosing the right system for my home and my family. A few days later, they came back and completed the entire installation. The new system works great and is a huge improvement over what we had before. James and his team are honest, hardworking, and genuinely care about doing the job right. It is easy to see why they have so many positive reviews. I would highly recommend 1st Choice to anyone looking for a new HVAC system or needing repairs on an existing one.

I received a competitively priced estimate from 1st Choice for a 5-ton Lennox heat-pump system…read more However, I decided not to proceed because the company refused to revise its initial estimate to include several important details and stated that the estimate would serve as the final contract. The proposal specified a variable-capacity heat pump even though we had discussed a two-stage system, but it did not clearly confirm how the equipment would operate with my existing zone control board. It also did not include the AHRI Reference Number needed to verify the exact system's certified efficiency, nor the requested surge protection. For a major HVAC installation, important equipment specifications and agreed-upon work should be clearly included in the written contract. Although the price was competitive, their unwillingness to revise the initial estimate left too much uncertainty for me to proceed.

An Incredible Company with an Incredible Heart…read more I can't say enough wonderful things about Sano Plumbing Heating AC and its owner, Patrick Kelley, a Marine veteran. They do excellent work--they're fast, professional, respectful, and fairly priced. And on top of all that, we discovered firsthand the extraordinary heart behind this company. My husband of nearly 50 years, Ron, a proud Marine veteran, is battling stage IV pancreatic cancer. When our air conditioning failed during the summer heat, our niece reached out to the Marine Corps League. They listened to our story, stepped up to help, and connected us with Patrick Kelley, the owner of Sano Plumbing Heating AC and a true example of Marine kindness. Without the Marine Corps League, our paths would never have crossed, and we will always be deeply grateful. Patrick personally came to our home, sat down with us, and explained how he could help. His kindness and extraordinary generosity went far above and beyond anything we could ever have expected. Then Noel and Roberto installed our new system in just one day. They were exceptional--efficient, diligent, compassionate, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire installation. They treated our home as though it were their own, worked quickly without ever sacrificing care or attention to detail, and left everything beautifully clean when they finished. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Service has always been part of our lives. Ron was honorably discharged from active duty in 1974 and, in 2012, joined Semper Fi #1 Memorial Honor Detail, an all-Marine, all-volunteer organization providing military honors for veterans at Riverside National Cemetery. I was raised by my father, Richard Taylor Bellis, a proud career Marine and Mustang who retired as a captain after 22 years of service. Ron and I have always believed that when someone needs help, you show up. This time, the Marine Corps League and Patrick showed up for us. Through the kindness of the Marine Corps League, Patrick, and everyone at Sano, we were given comfort, peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about during one of the hardest times of our lives. If you're looking for excellent work, fair pricing, integrity, and genuine care for customers and community, we wholeheartedly recommend Sano Plumbing Heating AC. We will never forget your kindness and generosity! Semper Fidelis -- Always Faithful, Polly & Ron Danfield
