Henry the owner showed up to look at our problem which he did but then after he was very adamant to look at practically everything plumbing related just to try to upsell me on anything he possibly could. Very unprofessional he was called out for one problem and he insisted on finding other problems to make the bill higher. Very strange didn't even have a plumbing uniform on just regular clothes. An owner of a plumbing company should put in just as much as an employee if not more which includes wearing a professional uniform like the employees. He was dressed like he was going out on a dinner date.... Overall would not recommend them if you were trying to save money or get a decent deal.

We notified Chris and he came himself to troubleshoot the issue and it turned out to be a broken sprinkler head letting out too much water. The business was started by John's father and eventually passed down to John, who continues the family tradition with an incredible amount of pride in his craft. John personally came out to replace our riser and hose bib/spigot, and his work was exceptional from start to finish. You can immediately tell that plumbing isn't simply a job to him--he genuinely loves what he does. He has been taking things apart, digging around, and fixing things since he was a child, and that lifelong curiosity and hands-on experience really show in his work. John was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process--from inspecting the area and providing a clear estimate to carefully procuring high-quality brass and copper materials from a trusted supplier and completing the installation. His prices are very competitive, but what matters most to me is that he is honest, transparent, extremely skilled, and never cuts corners. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained the process along the way. I actually enjoyed watching him solder/sweat the copper and learning about plumbing! You can see the pride he takes in his craftsmanship. John also gives back to the community by volunteering his plumbing services on weekends, which speaks volumes about the person behind the business. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found John and SJ Plumbing. From now on, they will be our first call for our plumbing needs. We could not be more grateful! These professionals often work for hours in extreme heat, and we want the hardworking people taking care of our homes to stay safe and hydrated! Five stars without hesitation.
