Been using Bob for over 10 years. He is my go to plumber. Honest, good prices, and does a great job.

Very professional and efficient. Corrected a previously poorly installed dishwasher and installed a new hose line.

I recently had Bob come out to clear a clogged toilet. He claimed the blockage was caused by another drain in my shower and would have to start there since he didn't unclog shitty toilets. His tools were all dirty and stinky so I knew he did work on shitty pipes at least. He wanted a $500 deposit to begin work which I thought was high but gave it to him in cash as he said his credit card service was down. When he started working he scratched the enamel in my bathtub and chipped two tiles while stuffing a spring down the pipe. When he turned on his machine I heard him curse and a few loud bangs then noticed feces flowing from a crack in my toilet. He said this had never happened to him and asked me to clean up his toxic spill since it wasn't his job to clean. I would not recommend this company to anyone as he is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Do yourself a favor and get a gallon of Drain-O and pray, you'll get a better job and save time and money. read more

I called Bob when we were having plumbing issues in HB. I was out of town, but gave access to the property through my son. We had worked out pricing and specifics over the phone, but in person he explained to my son all sorts of stipulations that were not discussed AFTER the work had been done, and upcharged him for work that had not been requested with me on the phone. It's clear he thought he could take advantage of the situation since I was not currently in the area. Given this dishonest interaction, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. read more

We have been using PCH Plumbing for the past 10 years. We were referred through one of our neighbors who has used this company for years. Bob Pines, the owner is absolutely amazing, he is 100% honest, and his work is impeccable. We actually had the pleasure of meeting and using his son, Cody...for a faucet replacement in our kitchen. Cody did a beautiful job. He showed up with all the extra parts needed and had the job done, in and out, in less than one hour. We were very pleased with the results. My husband went with a kitchen faucet that Bob Pines recommended. We actually had another Fossett picked out, and after Bob's recommendation went with that Fossett. We are so pleased with that, the water pressure is 10 times stronger than it has ever been. It literally makes my job in the kitchen rinsing dishes 10 times faster. We have used them for minor plumbing issues, and major ones as well. Always 100% satisfied with their work. Highly recommend this company. read more

This business does not treat its customers fairly ...they up charge from their original quotes and frankly they are rude! I will never use them again (I used them for my elderly mother) read more

Bob Pines deserves a ten star rating! He fixed my kitchen sink faucet skillfully and securely within just a few minutes. PCH plumbing is a gem and Bob Pines is an honest, reliable, reasonable and compassionate plumber. In the past, being a single woman, I have had terrible experiences in the past with shady plumbers who ripped me off and overcharged me and did bad work. I was afraid to call a plumber when my kitchen sink faucet broke because I feared an unscrupulous plumber would bamboozle me again. But Bob Pines was recommended by a friend and I was saved! I'm grateful beyond measure I can trust a good plumber. Thank you Bob! read more

PCH Plumbing - Trustworthy, skilled and quick! - Plumbing Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

My mom's water heater broke and flooded her garage. PCH was recommended to me by my handyman. Bob and Cody were very responsive came next morning to install a new one, and charged her less than half of what another company quoted her for. Friendly, reasonable prices, and very professional! I'm calling them for all my future plumbing needs. 5/5! read more

I was referred to PCH Plumbing via a family member who had installed a whole house water filter. My family was interested in having one installed as well and we bought the exact same one and got in touch with Bob. Overall, he and his son were great and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Easy to work with, quick, very fair price, friendly, cant really ask for anything else. Happy to have our new whole house filter set up and no issues with the install. read more

I highly recommend PCH Plumbing. My family and I have utilized Bob's services numerous times now on each of our homes. He's performed two re-pipes (1 PEX + 1 Copper), incl. stops, supply lines, new fixtures, trim, and also replaced water heaters. He's as competent, dependable, fair & trustworthy as they come. read more

We had clogs in two of our 3 bathtubs and have in the past had these tubs re-glazed, after a few years it cracks and adds to the clogging. We've used Bob in the past for other issues and called him right away. He called me back same day and was able to come the next day. I would highly recommend him for any issue you may be experiencing as he is very knowledgeable and you can trust he will find and fix the issue professionally. He is also training his son, and he seems like he will make a good addition to the business. read more

We have used their services twice (clogged sink and to fix a fridge water line connection) and both times they were professional and very helpful. They fixed the issues and was very reasonably priced. read more

I had called PCH Plumbing to get a quote on installing a new toilet and since his pricing was very reasonable we set the install for 2 days away. Bob and his son arrived per schedule and had the job finished within a couple of hours. They also fixed a couple other items during that time frame. It is nice to have a company do what they said and not charge an exorbitant fee. Their work was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for plumber. read more

Bob was referred to us by another contractor while our house was being renovated. We were interested in replacing our copper with PEX repiping while our walls were still accessible. He arrived as promised, quoted us a price which I determined was reasonable for the work to be done, and completed the repiping in about 3 days. Nice to have the peace of mind to not be concerned about slab leaks! Bob and his son, Cody, are the best. They are my plumbers for life. read more

PCH came recommended by a friend. We've used other plumbers in town, all pretty decent actually, but Bob at PCH is our go to guy. We recently had a bit of a plumbing mess from a contractor that quit on a bathroom remodel before the job was finished. Bob actually salvaged what could have been an ugly situation and he made it painless and did some great work at a great price. This was not an easy job and I am sure plenty of plumbers would have jacked up the price, if for no other reason then to avoid the job and the hassle of cleaning up another person's mess. Bob, however, got it all done in a day. He did a thorough and meticulous job and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who wants an honest, reliable plumber. read more

Thank you so, so much! You were so fast getting us a new water heater installed. I am so appreciative of your efficient, quick work. We will always contact you for any plumbing needs and let everyone we know about your services. read more

PCH Plumbing is the best! We had Bob and Cody do a re-pipe of our house in HB and we could not be happier with their work, their attention to detail and their great professional attitude. This was clearly one of the best experiences we've had working with a true professional master plumber. They showed up on time, worked hard all day including some unexpected challenges that happen with any older house, and finished when they said they would. Right on time and right on budget. The job was clean and flawless. We will use PCH again and I can highly recommend their work to others. read more

Bob Pines is my go-to guy for Plumbing. In 2016 I had a water leak and he assisted me through a lot of the issues with that. He installed three new toilets, replaced gasket where the toilet goes into the floor, installed a new shower head in another bathroom, has repaired bathroom sink fixtures, plus more. He is honest, reasonably priced, communicative, and does a great job. I highly recommend him. read more

Being a single woman it's difficult to find good people who are not out to rip you off! PCH Plumbing is absolutely fabulous! Bob and his crew are reliable, honest, trustworthy and have a great work ethic. They are great to talk with, very patient with questions, so informative and excellent in explaining everything! I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of any plumbing work. They will NOT disappoint! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!! read more

Bob (and now his son Cody) is our plumber of choice (2 slab leaks later, 2 houses and two repipes). We've used Bob for about a decade! He's the best, he's trustworthy, reliable and overall a great guy - did I mention fair pricing. He never upsells you and tells you straight what you need. Thanks Bob - until the next time! read more

Amazing! Hard-working and incredibly honest. They do the job so that it is done well and are very reasonably priced. They care about their reputation and want to make sure a job is complete and that the customers are satisfied. We have had many plumbing problems at our house and have called various plumbers and none were this great. I will never look for another!!!! I have now used Bob and PCH plumbing multiple times for various properties and have referred Bob's plumbing skills to my friends and they are all so happy with his work ethic and fairness! read more

I live out of the area and have tenants. This was not an issue for PCH Plumbing. (You would not believe how many times it has been elsewhere.) I was able to schedule next day service twice, and repairs were completed below estimated costs. They were willing to either bill me or accept a credit card over the phone. I now have happy tenants and will only work with this plumber in the future. Just a note that you will need to call as their website doesn't seem to be forwarding emails. (I will update if I find this changes in the future.) read more

We used PCH Plumbing for several plumbing projects, adding for a new garage sink and water line, as well as replace and update the plumbing on washing machine. We also used them for a bath remodel and a replacement faucet cartridge. He arrived when he said they would, finished work in short time and called if he was running late. Overall, we have used his company for all our plumbing concerns since last April 2015 to Nov. 2015 and would recommend them to friends read more

Came out, gave me an estimate, started work immediately, went well beyond (a previous plumber had sawed short a pipe behind the shower PCH was replacing, and had jury rigged it with duct tape and a plastic tube) - PCH found it after he started working. Bob set it all right, fixed a sink and cleared 2 drains, and all for a VERY reasonable price. Did a great job. Highly recommend! read more

Prompt, knowledgeable and nice. Incredibly honest company. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. (I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed, I felt compelled to share my thoughts). read more

Called PCH and Bob was at my home within 15 minutes. He was able to fix all the areas I messed up in my failed attempt at being a plumber. He was able to fix it very quickly and for a very reasonable price. He even recommended a handy man to fix my failed attempt at being a carpenter. Will call again for any of my plumbing needs. read more

I don't know what we would have done if we had not called Bob with PCH Plumbing! He is one of the hardest workers I have ever met! I, horribly, flushed my wedding rings down the toilet and Bob came as soon as he could and did EVERYTHING he could think of to save them. This could have been a horrible situation, but Bob was hopeful and determined to find it. He could have walked away at any time because it seemed like they were gone, but he kept coming up with ideas and encouraged me to get the city involved. He went above and beyond! He also stayed long hours. He is very PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGABLE! With his help and the city, we were able to retrieve the rings from the cities main sewer lines!! It was a miracle. Bob was so dedicated and cared about my situation! He showed compassion, HARD WORK, and was sincere. He will be our go to for all of our plumbing needs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you Bob from the bottom of my heart! I cannot stop smiling and looking at my ring! read more
