This time around, our Rheem water heater failed before reaching even 7 years, despite having a 12‑year warranty. Even though Quick is closed on weekends, Brandon texted me and set us up first thing Monday morning. Ben (sales) was extremely helpful, walked me through all the options, and made a genuine effort to get Rheem to honor the warranty. Unfortunately, Rheem couldn't provide a replacement and instead offered fair market compensation (still TBD). Not thrilled with Rheem, but Ben handled the situation professionally and kept me informed throughout. We ultimately went with a Bradford White, and Sammy installed it the same day. His work was excellent--professional, efficient, and spotless cleanup. The Bradford White + installation was very reasonable and very surprisingly comparable to my prior installation. Very impressed with Quick's responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to turn everything around in a single day. Highly recommend them.

Based on some trash outside in the yard, the tech concluded that we need the entire property's copper pipe replaced and sent us a quote for many thousands of dollars. The copper pipes in this property was replaced only a few years ago based on records provided to me. The owner contact us to remove the initially negative review saying it was miscommunication. Ok, so I deleted the original review and gave him a second chance to quote the right price. I ask again about the loose pipe, and he responded with he needs to send a tech out AGAIN to go under the house to do a full inspection. And we would need to charge you several hundreds of dollars to do that. I asked why? And then there was no response. First issue, the tech already come out once before and saw and heard the loose pipe. Why do they need to come out again? 2nd issue, why do they need to go under the house to find a loose pipe. Even our non plumber handyman knew exactly where the loose pipe was based on the sound it was making. And without him telling me I went over to do the inspection and figured out the location of the loose pipe independently. The fact that this trained tech did not know where the loose pipe is located and need to do a "extensive inspection" is completely baffling. Either A. The business is just trying to get paid to do a useless inspection. B. The first tech was completely incompetent. Neither boosts confidence in the company or their abilities.

He was probably the most courteous person that I have met in a long time... authentically courteous. Our water softener install needed some demo work to get the drain line to a suitable sewer. When Daniel came out to perform the estimate inspection, he climbed into the tiniest attic space to see if that was an option. When he was out to do the install, I was prepared to have a lot of drywall demo done to our laundry room. Instead of taking the easy way, I feel that Daniel looked at how he would have it done it if it were his own home. He found a way to completely avoid any demo on one wall at his own expense (spending time in a very hot and tight attic space). In the end we had a couple small drywall cutouts that he taped back in place minimizing the visual impact until I patch them completely. He was honest before the work started, that he doesn't patch the drywall. When he was done, I said to him, "I thought you don't patch dry wall :-)." His response? I just taped it :-). I expected to have drywall squares sitting around for me to put back. This is an example of his care for a home he may never be in again. I will be calling R & R (and hoping I get Daniel) again.

Brandon took the time to inspect the problem, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. Derrick was also very helpful and professional throughout the job. They found a broken section of pipe with roots growing into the line, and they were able to take care of the issue by replacing the damaged piping. They also took care of the work in my front yard and cleaned up afterward. I also appreciated that Brandon was straightforward with me and worked with me on the pricing. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and the way I was treated. Brandon and Derrick were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
