He took the time to educate my husband and I about our 20 year old roof after a thorough inspection and advised us that it might last another year, but it was in bad condition. Well, we found out how bad it was when the ceiling in my home work office started leaking on my desk one stormy rainy day. I called Bob and left a message asking if he would be interested in checking out the issue for us and he was at our house within 15 mins and was up on the roof repairing that section this time. He didn't charge me a penny and would not take payment. Bob is the most decent, honest and caring business owner I've ever done business with. Bob and his crew take pride in the work they do, and our new roof looks fantastic. Bob gave us a great price, and he went above and beyond to make our roof perfect. Bob's years of experience and his personal code to do the work correctly is reassuring. If you want a top-of-the-line roofing company with an owner who cares about doing the work correctly - CALL BOB !!!!!!!!! I'm so glad I did.

I contacted our HQ building engineer that uses Pleasant View for their snow removal services to see if they could make it to my site. I reached out to Peter and had already figured that there was no way that him and his crew would be able to accommodate my request at such a late stage in the game. And I wasn't expecting service on the day that I called. Peter and his team surprised me. Not only did they come within hours of my calling him, they did an exceptional job removing the snow and ice from the front of my building, loading dock and the entry and exit doors for my garage. I've already set in motion to drop my current snow removal company and go with Peter and his team. These are the guys that I'll want working on my location from now on going forward.

For many years, my partner and I did all of our landscaping. Due to spending most of our spare…read moretime at the ocean, we haven't had the time (or energy) to keep up with the landscaping at our primary residence. Pete came highly recommended from the company that has done a lot of brick paver and edging work around the yard. Although Pete came recommended, we still did our due diligence to shop around. Simply put, nobody came close to the level of engagement and consultation Pete offered from the very beginning. He was extremely patient throughout the entire process and provided numerous updates (to include pictures) as the work was being done. In the end, he turned our backyard into a landscaped escape and sculpted all the other gardens throughout the yard. End product was amazing and many neighbors have commented on how good it looks! Very professional throughout to include a hand written thank you note for the business. Top notch service and consultation at a very affordable price! We will definitely be reaching back out for more work in the future - thanks, Pete!!!

There wasn't a time where any of our questions were unanswered and we felt confident moving forward with TREC. When we were waiting for the permit to be finished, Kelly gave us a weekly call to update us on where we were in the process. She was very customer friendly and available any time we had questions! Once we received the materials at our property, Walter and the crew were super professional and you could tell they had a lot of experience in what they were doing. Justin also frequently visited during thebbuilding process as well. They made sure they stayed within the deadline of having the project completed. We absolutely love our patio! We've gotten nothing but compliments about it and our neighbors are now calling TREC to see about getting their patio done too. We highly recommend you to work with Justin and his team!!

We reached out to Trec for a free composite deck renovation project estimate…read more Connecting with their scheduling department via telephone calls only, I confirmed the date/time of the appointment, the length of the appointment, and the overall process of the walk through- ensuring I would have enough time blocked off from work to be available. After scheduling, the scheduling manager continued to contact me numerous times, prior to our meeting, to confirm my availability, in which I double checked all the pieces above. Never was I told to allow for a 30minute window, so imagine my frustration when I blocked off an hour for work 2:00-3:00pm, and the guy showed up at 2:30pm, upset with me because I needed to end at 3:00pm. The estimate went quickly. I tried to cover everything we wanted, allowing time for him to take measurements, draw schematics, and have time for follow-up questions, but it felt disconnected and rushed. I was told we would schedule a follow-up Zoom appointment to walk through everything- I scheduled a time period with the scheduling manager, again blocking off work- only to have them call 20mins before the appointment and cancel on us because they weren't ready with information. Then I waited days for them to call back to re-schedule the appointment, but never got contacted. Overall, it wasn't a good relationship. We didn't feel cared for or considered as new clients, so we removed them as a possible vendor.

They cut them both down for less than the first company quoted on one tree. When the crew came they made quick work of it. They topped one of them to prevent damage to other trees. And they landed exactly where they were supposed to. Something I can almost never do even on much smaller trees.
